Les was incredibly professional, friendly, and courteous. Ultimately we decided to go with a 320I. Les pulled the car up, walked us through all of the features, helped us sync up our phones. Fantastic experience at Ft. Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines Just purchased a 2016 BMW 320i from Les Cutler at P. PINES BMW and it was a fantastic experience, Les Cutler listens to his clients! I needed to g Just purchased a 2016 BMW 320i from Les Cutler at P. PINES BMW and it was a fantastic experience, Les Cutler listens to his clients! I needed to get the car within 60 days to take advantage of a promotional discount. He made promises were the competition would not. He said he could get the car I wanted ordered from the factory in Munich in time to take advantage of the discount, normally ordering a car from Germany can take 8 weeks or longer. Well he was right! I just took delivery this week within 30 days of placing my initial order. Originally he stated it would take 6 weeks how is that for under promising but over delivering! Not only that but Les was extremely professional throughout the negotiations, he treated me with respect. He listens, he really listens, that is the big difference. A lot of other salesman don't actually listen to what the buyer needs and instead try to push the client in one way or another based on their own preconceptions. He is also quite knowledgeable, but if he doesn't know something he will honestly say he doesn't know and works to find the answer. He doesn't try to up sell you if he can tell you know what you want which is a rare thing to see in this day and age. He is the opposite of the arrogant pushy car salesman cliche. There was never an awkward moment throughout the entire process. It's been a pleasure to do business with Les and the rest of the team at BMW of Pembroke Pines. More

Best Car Buying Experience I've Had!! Love My X4! We ordered an X4 from Les Cutler... He was fantastic! He took care of us from start to finish. The car was in production for a little longer than we e We ordered an X4 from Les Cutler... He was fantastic! He took care of us from start to finish. The car was in production for a little longer than we expected, but Les had us fixed up and in a rental all the way until we got the keys to the new car. When we came in to get the car, he had a teddy bear for our daughter and a mug for me. He gave us his cell number and answered any questions that I had right away! The dealership is clean and everyone was very nice. I really recommend Les as your sales representative :) he will not disappoint! More
