I bought my BMW 430i because of Lianne Mann I live in Miami, and came up to Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines, purely because of 2 reasons: 1) Best price and 2) customer service and satisfaction I live in Miami, and came up to Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines, purely because of 2 reasons: 1) Best price and 2) customer service and satisfaction by Lianne Mann. I was in the market for a 4 series Gran Coupe, and after visiting several other BMW dealerships, I did not feel like the sales reps at those branches had my best interest. I have a sales background, so I saw the tactics that were being employed -- or even lack of effort to make me satisfied. Lianne was transparent from day 1 and very patient with me, and most importantly, answered my questions thoroughly. All in all, it took me a grand total of 6 days since the day I walked in to the day I drove off with my car. She was NOT pushy at all, and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. Highly recommend this dealership with their customer service approach. And 6 starts to Lianne -- she is an angel, and she knows how to deal with customers. More

In this instance I purchased a certified pre-owned 228 from Ashok Vyas and dealing with him was wonderful. He was upfront with the entire transaction and left no stone unturned. No hard sales pitch whatsoever, the way it should be. Afterwards, I finalized the purchase with Ken Marcey in Finance and again, very pleasant and easy experience. Also had a very nice conversation with Bill Hickey while waiting to sign my documents, Can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with the employees of this dealership.
