My salesperson, Liane Mann, was gracious, courteous and incredibly professional. We did all of our negotiating electronically and I never felt as if Liane was pushy or unfair. After the terms had been negotiated I went to the dealer to meet with Liane and finalize the deal and from the moment I walked in, I felt right at home! This dealership truly went above and beyond the call of service to make sure my family and I were comfortable and well taken care of. If my experience with BMW continues to goes well, I very much look forward to leasing my next car from this dealership. I had a loaner both times, smaller car and not have use of my car for almost 5 days. The second time it went to service, I never got a call back the first day even though the car was dropped at 9:00 am. Only when I called the next day to inquire they gave me a status. Totally unacceptable. More
