My salesperson, Liane Mann, was gracious, co This was my first BMW lease and to say that I was blown away by my experience would be an understatement. My salesperson, Liane Mann, was gracious, courteous and incredibly professional. We did all of our negotiating electronically and I never felt as if Liane was pushy or unfair. After the terms had been negotiated I went to the dealer to meet with Liane and finalize the deal and from the moment I walked in, I felt right at home! This dealership truly went above and beyond the call of service to make sure my family and I were comfortable and well taken care of. If my experience with BMW continues to goes well, I very much look forward to leasing my next car from this dealership. I 100% recommend this dealership and Liane to anyone looking to have a stress-free and enjoyable car buying/leasing experience! More

Disappointing Too many issues to list. At this price point, I expect a lot more. The car has been in service twice already and the car is only 25 days old. I h Too many issues to list. I had a loaner both times, smaller car and not have use of my car for almost 5 days. The second time it went to service, I never got a call back the first day even though the car was dropped at 9:00 am. Only when I called the next day to inquire they gave me a status. Totally unacceptable. More

New 340i I worked with Liane and we came to a verbal deal on a car. when I Showed up the next day the car could not be found. it turns out if was sold by anoth I worked with Liane and we came to a verbal deal on a car. when I Showed up the next day the car could not be found. it turns out if was sold by another sales person. Liane fought for me and was able to get me a more expensive car for the same deal we had made. I am extremely happy with the service Liane provided and I love my new car. More
