Unethical and potentially dangerous Stay far away. I spent a fortune here and when they got called out for taking advantage of my expiring warranty they started to make threats like I had to worry I was getting back a death trap for a car. Stay AWAY! More

3 visits for same issue - only costs and threats increased After having an awful experience previously I thought I’d get car finally fixed. After bringing my car in to repacked the same defect from late Fe After having an awful experience previously I thought I’d get car finally fixed. After bringing my car in to repacked the same defect from late February when it was there for 5 days while under warranty and given back to me to find the same service light and issue come back on the same day I picked the car up. They said it just needed to be topped off and I same in following day, but they couldn’t top it off since it was already full. After traveling for previously a planned work trip, I brought car back in to fix same issue I got car back twice with only to be told now it was no longer cover since my warranty was now expired. I was furious and after weeks of fighting got them to accept the work. They had car 10 days and fought me on everything and tried to over charge me for other issues that came up over the time they had it. This time they had the car almost 2 weeks. I got a call my car was ready and told I needed to pick it up within a few hours. I was told I authorized work which I hadn’t over phone. They said they would use tape recordings to prove I did. I asked that they please do. I didn’t know I was being recorded but I welcomed change to show no work was authorized. They told me they would undo the fixes In my car which to me was a threat to give me a car back in worse and dangerous shape. Finally they agreed they just wanted a resolution. I agreed to pay $1.3k to fix and make it go away. Got the car back and drove off to lights showing low tires and brake pad issues. They sent me videos for both days earlier showing tires were in great shape and so were break pads. 5 visits. 2 warranties expired over these 3 months, $1.3k paid and I have left every time with error lights on in the car, threats to me to me to undue repairs and even told I abused the rental privileges since they had my car so long and I couldn’t return with 2-3 hours of randomly finding out my car was ready. Also ready is eye to beholder? Is ready getting a car back after 10 days with 2 service lights on. What do I do? Is this legal? Do other shops with BMW backing them make these threats? Need advice? More
