Went here about a year ago and meet salesman, Josh Weingart. Awesome guy. Unfortunately we had a miserable encounter with the dealership. He did everything he could to help us out. Prescheduled car for batt replace, abs sensor replace, oil change and any open recalls a week in advance. Dropped car off night before for 8:30am appointment, had to call at 4pm for update. Then they sent oil change and any open recalls a week in advance. Dropped car off night before for 8:30am appointment, had to call at 4pm for update. Then they sent me a quote for bunch of additional things mechanic claimed it needed. Car only had 25,000 miles, then they didn't have parts needed so had to wait another 3 days. Confirmed ready and got ride, no one at counter for 10 minutes, then they tell me I can't get car back because they have no cashier to take payments. This was almost an hour before the 6pm time they gave me on phone. Their posted time on internet is 10pm for service. Don't believe them. Larsons will never get another penny from me. More

I originally left a good review for Joshua Weingart and this dealership. But I take it all back. Two days after my wife and I bought a new Dodge Challenger from here, it started giving us trouble and we fe this dealership. But I take it all back. Two days after my wife and I bought a new Dodge Challenger from here, it started giving us trouble and we felt it was unsafe to drive. Larson’s told us there’s nothing they can do to help us if we can’t drive the car to their dealership. We explained that we can’t drive it, we live an hour away and asked if they could tow it. We were told no and that it’s our responsibility. We took it to a local dealership, Rairdon’s in Monroe, and they figured out that the transfer box needs to be replaced...in the brand new car. The service department at Larson’s are rude and so hard to deal with...if you can get a hold of them. Rairdon’s was so helpful, I wish we had bought the car from them but unfortunately they didn’t have the specific vehicle we wanted. At Larson’s, they will keep transferring you to a different department and then will say that someone will call us back...and then no one does. Finally after my wife left a google review, the sales manager called us back. He agreed that they should have towed the car to their dealership and had it fixed there. The new car has been sitting at the dealership for a few days now waiting for the parts to arrive. We bought this car 9 days ago, and we only got to drive it for 3 days! Since then it’s been away from us...brand new car! And the best Larson’s can do for us...not much, a free gas tank fill up is what they said. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

These guys are a bunch of crooks in the service department. If you bring your vehicle into this dealership to be fixed, absolutely DO NOT trust "Bryan". We bought our vehicle at another dealershi department. If you bring your vehicle into this dealership to be fixed, absolutely DO NOT trust "Bryan". We bought our vehicle at another dealership and had to give it to Larson to fix. Bryan said he received a confirmation from us to do over $800 of work for a spark plug. He did not actually give us the quote. They did the work anyway and then expected us to pay for it. Thank goodness the other dealership stepped up and paid the entire amount. When I picked up the vehicle, I challenged Bryan about this. He immediately shrunk into a prideful petty car thug and asked "If I was questioning his integrity". So we went back and forth a few times before I said, "You got your money now please give me my keys." As I reflect, maybe I should have taken the high road. But dealing with shady car people like Bryan makes my blood boil, especially when he claims my wife and daughter agreed to the service when they did not, as I was listening on speaker. At the time, we didn't think anything of it as we assumed it would be worked out. Customer service should be #1. Larson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram does NOT have it...at least this head guy, Bryan, does not. Please be careful before you go in! More
