**Review: Misleading Practices and Poor Customer Service** I recently tried to purchase an Escalade V from this dealership, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Service** I recently tried to purchase an Escalade V from this dealership, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Initially, they advertised a warranty that supposedly came with the vehicle. However, it quickly became apparent that this was false advertising, as the warranty didn’t apply to this particular car. When I pointed out that the car was overpriced, the salesperson referred me to the manager. The manager presented me with a Canadian spec sheet, claiming the car was worth over $40,000 more than it actually was—a blatant attempt to justify an inflated price that was still higher than their advertised amount. As an out-of-state buyer from New York, I was informed that they only accept cash deals for out-of-state purchases. Despite being prepared to pay cash, the manager claimed he would make an exception for me. However, things took a strange turn after I submitted my ID and credit information. The manager insisted that I find a notary to proceed with the sale and suggested sending my personal documents to the notary. This is highly unusual since, in New York State, documents are typically sent directly to the customer, who then takes them to a notary. When I shared this with my bank, they were baffled by the dealership's demands. The manager also claimed that their website stated they do not do out-of-state deals. Yet, when I asked him to show me this policy, he conveniently ignored my request. It became clear that they were not interested in selling me the car once they realized I was a well-qualified buyer from New York. He also denied giving me a contact with the finance department which seemed to be the one pulling his strings To make matters worse, my bank, which is part of their preferred network, attempted to reach out to them numerous times, only to be ignored. The manager also claimed that their website stated they do not do out-of-state deals. Yet, when I asked him to show me this policy, he conveniently ignored my request. After all this, they abruptly ended the deal without any explanation, leaving me with no understanding of why they decided to walk away. It’s worth mentioning that this car has been sitting on their lot for over four months, likely due to these deceitful practices. I’ve purchased cars out of state multiple times and have never encountered such an experience. In summary, I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. Their misleading practices and lack of transparency are significant red flags. More

16 MAY 2024 Larson LOST MY TRUST! I had a diesel fuel leak and after 1 hour of labor they told me it was due to the auxiliary tank causing an over fill. The tank has been there for o I had a diesel fuel leak and after 1 hour of labor they told me it was due to the auxiliary tank causing an over fill. The tank has been there for over 8 years and never did that before, so I took it to Lugo's Automotive. They ignored that. Lugo's found leaks in the filler tube and fixed the leak. THE REAL TRUST BUSTER was finding out that LARSON RAM had put a cheap Napa Parts fuel filter in place of the RAM filter but charged me for OEM which is $50 more than the Napa filter. Lugo's put a RAM filter/separator on so now I'm back to the best condition. More
I brought my Dodge K2500 in specifically for them to diagnose and fix a vibration that happens when the car hits 35 or 40mph. A representative called to tell me the issue was likely a U-Joint or the ti diagnose and fix a vibration that happens when the car hits 35 or 40mph. A representative called to tell me the issue was likely a U-Joint or the tires needed to be rotated. I had them do both things, as well as some other maintenance suggestions they offered. They called me and said my truck was ready. After spending a great deal of money, the vibration is worse. It is clear that they are incapable of diagnosing the issue. Communication was horrible. If the tech found anything, nobody communicated it to me, or if they had I would have asked them to fix the problem. When I got home I looked on the invoice, and the tech stated "Identified multiple worn suspension parts that need to be replaced before further diagnosis can be made." A phone call letting me know this would have been great, but the only call I got was to come in and pay them $$ because my truck was ready. Trying to get the service manager to call me back has been impossible. Based upon what I have read on the BBB and here, I made a huge mistake going to Larson Chrysler Dodge Jeep for service. Leadership starts at the top. Clearly they have some issues there. More

I bought a 2020 or 2021 Ram Laramie and they slipped in some brake deal thing that I had told them that I didn’t want. The xxxxxxx came outside and said “oh you forgot to sign one last document”. Me being some brake deal thing that I had told them that I didn’t want. The xxxxxxx came outside and said “oh you forgot to sign one last document”. Me being a xxxxxxx and in a hurry, I signed and went on my way. I went to sell the vehicle and noticed the paperwork that was slipped in last minute. It was the brake thing tacked on for an extra 2500$ from the already overpriced Ram. Luckily I sold it within a year and walked away without having to pay anything, as I sold it to Carmax. Everything is overpriced here as they also tried to sell me a charger widebody for almost ($130,000.00) this was in 2021. Thanks to these guys I’ll never buy anything Dodge related ever again. More
I worked with Joseph on the purchase of a 2023 Gladiator. He was no xx, didn't attempt to pressure me into buying something I didn't want, didn't try any of the tricks normally seen at a dealership. Drove ho He was no xx, didn't attempt to pressure me into buying something I didn't want, didn't try any of the tricks normally seen at a dealership. Drove home with the truck same day. Super happy with the Larson team. More
Brought my jeep grand Cherokee here for a diagnosis and repair. The service advisor, signed to me, barely updated me over the entire course of the 3 weeks they had my vehicle and was in no rush to give me repair. The service advisor, signed to me, barely updated me over the entire course of the 3 weeks they had my vehicle and was in no rush to give me any answers to my questions. On top of waiting all that time for my car AND paying $600 dollars, I experienced oil leaks in my driveway when I get home. Which by the way, I’ve had my car for almost 2 years, keep up on the maintenance and am careful with driving it so of course I’m confused as to WHY my car is leaking oil shortly after it is picked up from their service department. They need to hire new service advisors that actually care about their customers and how to get difficult situations handled because they literally suck. I should have trusted the low reviews before I took my car in! Lesson learned! More
