Some how a few of them were routed to another sales rep but ended up back to the original sales rep. I was quoted a price. I came in ready to purchase and what was presented to me was not what I originally asked for. I was told I could purchase the vehicle I wanted for the same price I agreed. I was waiting for them to bring the vehicle up front. That never happened. The sales rep that I had been corresponding with put me off on someone else and never dealt with me. After I waited for the other vehicle he had the person he put me off on come and quote another price which was 2000 more. I said no and the sales rep said okay and walked away. Because I have PTSD and it being hard for me to deal with the public I didn't press the issue. I left home excited thinking I was going to purchase a new car and I came home feeling sick. I really felt this whole experience was extremely impersonal and I felt the customer service should have been better. It was a complete waste of my time. The Sales rep was Brandon. He quoted me one price I agreed and then he changed it. I felt like he was trying to get over on me. I hope my fellow Gets will not patronize this establishment. More

This is the second truck purchased from them and the value and sales service is acceptable. The truck has 2500 miles on it; we have had an issue with the backup camera since we purchased it. The truck is full of tools and needed for our business. We took the truck into Larson Dodge service Department for the Camera issue along with the floor liner pulling away for the side rail and exposing wires. When we dropped off the truck I explained to the service manager that we need to get the items fixed so we could use the truck on Friday morning. We received a call around 12:00 that the truck had to go to a shop that installed the service body. I call the shop later that day and the truck was never delivered. No one from Larson Dodge called us back; we had to go find the truck that night at 6:00 PM so we could use it the next day. I was told the service writer had an emergency. We scheduled with the shop that up fitted the truck, they fixed a light problem and said the camera was a dealer item. We took the truck back to Larson Dodge on 2/15 and were promised the truck back on 2/15/ @6:00 PM. We finally were able to pick the truck up on 2-17. They did not fix the floor liner issue, the service manager told the service department to “tuck matt under trim best possible” every time you step on it, it pulls out from under the trim and exposes wires and the floor board. Communication was terrible, no return phone calls, on hold for ever, no courtesy calls, I don't think they care about the customer, it is a hardship for our business not to have the service truck with tools. I went in looking to buy my first new vehicle and although at first was directed towards the wrong vehicle for my needs, when brought to their attention they went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle that suited me and my families needs. The manager Rob was very understanding and personable. Felt at ease the entire time at the dealership. Whole process was a lot quicker than I expected and I was off in my new 2016 Jeep Cherokee in no time. Don't hesitate to go here, these guys will treat you right and have you leaving with a smile and feeling good about the whole experience. More

After I left I had the oil leaked checked at another garage and they said the bolt was just loose. So they tightened it and no leaks and no charge. Larson charged me $125.81 for their Courtesy Multi Point Inspection. In addition Larson gave me an additional estimate of $2,009.62 for a 90,000 mile checkup when in reality the 60,000 mile check up was done just about a year or so ago and the car only has 85,000 miles on it. When I asked about why this was so critical they said they purge all service records after 3 years and they did show I ever had a 60,000 mile checkup. They also said that I needed a rear break job ASAP for $624.42. They told me the inspection showed that my front brakes were 8 mm and my rear brakes were 3 mm and needed new brakes for safety sake. I took the Jeep to two different automotive shops and both told me I had 10 mm on the fronts and 5 mm on the rear and didn't need a brake job. Neither shop charged me for the inspection. This service center will lie to you while looking you straight in the eye. More

Not trustworthy Unbelievable, can't be trusted! we have one car, took it to them to get the computer re-flashed completely, the car has already had diagnostic work do Unbelievable, can't be trusted! we have one car, took it to them to get the computer re-flashed completely, the car has already had diagnostic work done - it was determined to be the computer. The dealer is the only one who can do this. But talking to the service manager he had other ideals that didn't and couldn't make sense. Why? Too chase that 1,500 charge after all - Russel Wilson doesn't come cheap. What they did is simply unplugged everything and reset the computer so it would run - but the problem is still there and charge 131.00 Cleaver! not really! - Now! lets see them respond to this? maybe give me a call and say come back in - we will do it right..No! just look on this page you will see they only respond to the compliments, wish I had Russel Wilson's money so we could get a new car and support my family! Thanks Look Larson More
Scandalous F&I Practices!!!! The finance team is SCANDALOUS! Sell sell sell and at any price! This includes paying $925 for GAP insurance and 3K for a 3/36 extended "warranty" on a 2014! We have bought from the Larson line of dealerships for years but always gotten financing through our credit union beforehand. My sister decided to wait and get financing at the dealership. Well she paid a HIGH price for that financing. Her interest rate was fair through the CUDL program but the sales of backend crap in the finance department was scandalous! It started with offering her 5k for her trade in the weekend prior to buying and then offering her $3600 when she came in to actually buy. Then on to an Finance with Eric to sell her an extended warranty for 3k +tax! GAP twice the going rate and they told her they were "throwing in" a $400 key replacement service and then charged her for it. The presentation was so high pressure and he used all jargon that she was completely confused by what was offered. He kept telling her the manufacturer warranty only covered parts that were "touched by oil", which was basically VERY LITTLE and that an extended warranty was VERY important. "Did she know how important and how much she needed it?". Eric told her the warranty was for 100k on the phone, but it was really for 36k, and said she was charged for the key replacement service after he had deducted $1000 from the warranty price (when he said it was free to begin with). The warranty should been $4000? She paid 16-18% of the vehicle price in GAP and an extended warranty. Anyone else see something wrong with this pic??? When she asked about the extra charges and why the total for the warranty wasn't discussed (just the monthly payment) she got the run around. She was finally able to speak/work with another manager, after unsuccessfully trying to work with another finance person (female), who gave her $200 off the $3k warranty, extending it to 84/100k and took off the $400 key charge. If they could arbitrarily extend the warranty from 3/36 to 84/100,, why didn't they initially offer her that warranty? They cannot refund her money because the deal was "locked" at headquarters and any refund would have to come off the back end of the loan at payoff. I will say that the second manager she worked with actually took the time to go through all charges and explain payments. The initial F&I guy extended her payments from 72mos to 84 (without telling her) so that her payment came down for the overpriced extra charges. Maybe this stuff isn't "illegal" but it sure as xxxx is questionable. I will NEVER buy from Larson again and I will recommend anyone read reviews on a dealership, especially this one, before purchasing. They showed their true colors and it's all about gouging the buyer. Buying a new car should not include having to put your "wallet" under lock and key. I call this bad business practices and bait and switch. Read other reviews about this dealership and you will see a trend! More
