She was patient with us and understanding when we didn't respond to message for many many hours. She worked out all of our details on the buy, and found the right car for us (they were disappearing in the state, end of model sale and all that). She got us the best price, and all the paperwork was complete when we made it back home from the honeymoon. all we had to do was show up and sign paperwork, do our downpayment, and drive away. Very fast and respponsive I needed to get my New Beetle repaired very quickly to drive it cross country for my daughter to use in college.
