I do not recall the name of the second gentleman that helped, but he was willing to go the extra mile as well. I particularly like this dealership, not only because of the helpful staff, but it seems like they are genuinely concerned about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. I have taken my VW to other VW dealership around the country and I did not feel the same way. Other dealerships seem much sloppier in their work. More

I see an open hour and select it then submit... what happens is an endless loop back to the select an appointment time page with a message saying "Cannot Confirm the Appointment." This was my second prepaid oil service and the website scheduling did not work either time. I had to call the dealership, leave a message and wait for the service department to call me back. Their work is good but the website for me needs to be fixed. More
