Well worth the trip I live 360 miles from this dealership (one way) but they had the car I wanted. A volkswagen GolfR is not just a car you walk on a VW lot and pick up. I live 360 miles from this dealership (one way) but they had the car I wanted. A volkswagen GolfR is not just a car you walk on a VW lot and pick up. Normally there is a deposit and this and that just to secure an opportunity to buy. I caught that they had one in inventory and contacted them. It wasn't in. I offered a deposit to hold and they respectfully refused. Stating that is not how they operate. As it turns out, not a lie. Colin (my salesman) kept me posted with all pertinent updates until it arrived and assured me that they wouldn't sell it out from under me. The day it arrived we drove the 5hrs to get there showing up at a little after 8pm, they close at 9pm. Tony, Colin and Josh all stayed till after 11pm to finish up paperwork. I am more than impressed with customer service and couldn't recommend them more highly. More

Very Helpful I was traveling out from out of town when when my front left tire blew when I hit a pot hole at exit 80 on I-76 south. Different story with service from AAA. However, I drove onward into the Lakewood dealership on a spare. The service team was extremely helpful in putting two new tire on the vehicle as well as they went ahead and completed the routine service. They used a lift to change and rotate tires.
