An honest dependable dealership I bought my 2013 Jetta Sportwagon TDI through AAA, and had it serviced by LHM VW. The service department impressed me with during the past 3 years. I bought my 2013 Jetta Sportwagon TDI through AAA, and had it serviced by LHM VW. The service department impressed me with during the past 3 years. When the TDI scandal broke I felt comfortable that LHM would help guide me through the process, which they have. Since I had to replace my Jetta, reluctantly as I love the car, I investigated several other brands before deciding on a Tiguan. Jeff Brueske & the rest of your sales staff have so far exceeded my expectations during the claims process which will finalize on January 5th. Your sales program allowed me to acquire my Tiguan prior to the formal buy back date for my Jetta which made my decision much easier. More

Awesome Cindy first contacted me and was very accommodating she was not pushy at all. Pleasantly surprised We were looking to get a second vehicle for our family and test drove the Tiguan and the Golf SportWagen. 2017 Jetta We had a bad experience with another dealership where our other cars' lease ran well over our monthly budget at signing (Which has since caused a lot We had a bad experience with another dealership where our other cars' lease ran well over our monthly budget at signing (Which has since caused a lot of financial stress). We came in to Larry Miller VW with an extremely firm monthly budget. Alex worked VERY hard to keep us on budget (And we only ran over by $1.44-can't complain about that!). There was no pressure at signing to add to the lease agreement (And thus blow the budget completely out of the water) This was a GREAT experience, and we love the Jetta! More

New Sales Manager displayed unethical behavior Sales Managers displayed unethical behavior. I agreed with Salesperson that a new 2017 Golf SportWagon SEL will be brought in from a dealer in Boulder Sales Managers displayed unethical behavior. I agreed with Salesperson that a new 2017 Golf SportWagon SEL will be brought in from a dealer in Boulder to LM VW to test drive since they didn't have this particular model at their dealership. On my way to LM VW, I called to make sure that vehicle will be there as promised. Salesperson stated no, but he could show me a different vehicle (with lesser equipment) and put me under contract (without seeing the car I requested???). The Salesmanager Gary called me back, apologized and we agreed that the car will be there the next day. We confirmed a firm price for the vehicle - $26,229.00 minus $1000 for loyalty customer = $25,229.00. He agreed, twice. The next day I'm at LM VW, first I'm waiting for 15 minutes before the Salesperson is available to test drive the vehicle with me, then the price is verbally confirmed once more. Then the New Car Sales Manager Tony prints off the purchase order stating a price of $27,000.00. His explanation for the price increase of almost $2000 is that I'm buying the car in cash and won't finance. After questioning this price increase, Tony advised me "to just relax and give him a minute". After speaking to other dealership, my feeling that this is shady practice, was confirmed numerous times by various people in the industry. More
