He brought the paperwork to me in the waiting room, as I brought my child who was playing with the toys in the corner. Sal left me know how long the service would take, how much it would cost and he applied my coupon to the total without much fuss (I REALLY like using coupons but not everyone shares that same enthusiasm). We will definitely bring out car back for service in the future! More

Great Service We’ve bought two vehicles from LHMVW and service them there. Most recently, our 2016 Touareg diesel received the emissions software update to comply w We’ve bought two vehicles from LHMVW and service them there. Most recently, our 2016 Touareg diesel received the emissions software update to comply with the court settlement related to the diesel emissions scandal. Travis Eaton, our service provider, walked us through everything and returned the car washed with a full tank of diesel and topped off Adblue reservoir. Five stars. More
Prompt, prof. service I purchased my car 10 months ago at this dealership. I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They fixed the leak and put the tire back on for free. Decided I wanted it but needed a day or two to get all my ducks in a row. Suk was in contact with me, but not overly so, and when I came in two days later he had prepped most of the paperwork. Financing was quick and effortless and I was out of there in a new car in under 2 hours. More

The only thing that has marred my experience is this survey. Just sayin'. Why can't I give 5 stars and submit my experience without providing comment? That's super annoying. Again, the experience related to servicing the Jetta = 5 stars. Everything related to taking these surveys and being on the receiving end of the annoying phone calls wanting to know if I am satisfied with my experience = 0 stars. This is on you, Mr. Garneau.
