We met Dennis, head of the leasing department, whose first words were "Why haven't you sold me your car yet ?" Well, that's all it took ! He explained thoroughly why it was a good idea to cycle out of our Jetta and invest in a new car. The process was SO incredibly smooth and painless, and outstanding testimony to the amazing knowledge and authentic work ethic that Dennis had ! I'm a VW girl, and will be forever, because Dennis made this transition so simple and without any heartburn...yay !! He even knew what color I would like...now that's an awesome salesperson. Financing went really well, too, so major kudos to Josh, too ! I always thought buying or leasing a car was supposed to be a painful and drawn out process, but both Dennis and Josh made this experience a truly positive one that has helped me change my mind. Thank you, Dennis and Josh, for being open and honest and making me feel like I was important and not blindsided during the process. Above and Beyond Dennis worked with me over email for a week and drove 80 miles to pick me up once I figured out what vehicle I wanted. I was very impressed by his knowledge of the entire volkswagen line - most salesman I've ever dealt with know the basics and try to fake the rest, Dennis genuinely knows his cars. I'll be calling Dennis every time I need a new vehicle and would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

I've had better service at the DMV. Don't go. Took two weeks to receive a return call to schedule an oil change and primarily to have a check engine light diagnosed. After spending time on the phone specifically explaining what the issue was, we came to pick up the car and low and behold the check engine light is still on. They never even addressed the main issue for why we brought the car in. The quoted response was "If it doesn't go away bring it back". I had to tell them to plug in the computer to diagnose what the problem was before we left as it is dangerous to drive the car in that condition NOT KNOWING why the check engine light is on. Not sure why we had to explain to the service dept. how to do their job. They made us reschedule to have the work doe for a turbo issue and we set a 7:30 am appointment. Dropped the car off to be told they wont even touch it until the afternoon because they are busy. Why then did we need to have it dropped off at 7:30 am? Anybody's guess. The issue ended up being a turbo valve and was not covered by the warranty because it's not 'mechanical'. Fair enough, we paid out of pocket. Less than a day later, the check engine light is back on. From 8:30 am to 4:30 pm it has been a lost cause to get anyone in a manager position on the phone. WORST SERVICE AND MOST INCOMPETENT dealership i have ever dealt with. There aren't enough check marks to indicate how many people i have talked to on the list provided. For someone who works in finance, I would already have been fired if I approached my commitment to my customers the way this dealership deals with theirs. More

While we were leaning towards a Subaru at first, the first dealership we stopped at was Larry Miller VW. We should have ended the search then. We met Dylin, who was excellent in earning our business and getting what we wanted. Even though the sticker price on the Tiguan is high, not their fault, they were able to bring it to an extremely affordable level through incentives and dealer discounts. We still looked at other vehicles, and other VW dealerships. While we did find a better price, we did not find somebody we like as much as Dylin. Luckily Larry Miller VW will price match. Josh was also great in finance being honest and open about what packages they were giving us and why. We could not have had a better experience leasing our first new car. More
