New vehicle purchase from out of state. I was looking to purchase a new VW Passat TDI. I knew the price I wanted to pay but after dealing with 5-6 dealerships around where I live, I had giv I was looking to purchase a new VW Passat TDI. I knew the price I wanted to pay but after dealing with 5-6 dealerships around where I live, I had given up and was looking at used when I stumbled upon this gem of a dealership through an online car sales add for a new Passat. I called up the dealership and was directed to Jeff Brueske. He quickly negotiated the price I was looking for on a new Passat. No dealership I could find would even touch that price. With Jeff's word on the deal we flew into Denver a few days later and he picked us up at the airport. We arrived at the dealership and looked over the car, took it for a test drive. Jeff is the only salesman I talked to that actually knew the product he was selling. He was able to quickly answer every question I asked and honestly I asked some that I would only expect an enthusiast to know. He gave a very detailed tour of the car with easy to understand explanations of the features. After checking out the car Josh handled us in finance. He was quick and efficient. As impossible as it sounds we actually enjoyed the time he spent with us, unusual when dealing with finance people at a dealership. Jarred the manager stopped by when we were finished up to make sure we had been taken care of and see if we had everything we needed. Nice to feel appreciated as a customer instead of a piece of meat. This dealership is one of the few I have been in that wasn't a high pressure sales environment where the motto is close the deal at all costs. I never saw a four square, they never tried to upsell me a bunch of garbage that I don't want or need. They are real professionals that value things like the customer and ethics. I highly recommend this dealership and Jeff Brueske in particular. He was a pleasure to deal with and thanks to him this was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. More
