Had I known that in advance I would have had all parts shipped at once. now I will have to order the part and then come back to the dealership to get it, an unnecessary trip in my opinion. Your service department is not responsible for this and again all I worked with were courteous and helpful. More

He even mailed me a new lug wrench after I discovered it was missing for some reason in the new vehicle I purchased. I'd recommend him highly if you use this dealership. As for the dealership in general, I'd recommend them too, but with just one caveat: Be aware that you probably won't actually get the low prices they advertise on their web site. (Or at least I didn't; maybe you could if you're a tougher negotiator than me, I don't know.) The reason for this is that their advertised prices don't include the dealer add-ons like window tinting, clear-bra paint protection, and theft protection. In my case at least, they had already applied the first two of these to all the vehicles of the model I was looking at, so I couldn't decline those two. (Though I declined the third and got them to at least come down a bit of the additional price they wanted to charge for the others.) If I had realized this before, I'd probably have tried my luck at a different dealer. But I'm still happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to go to Larry Miller again, now that I know what to expect in advance. More
