I have purchased several new vehicles in my lifetime and I dreaded it every time. But this dealership made it as easy as possible. Yannick my salesperson was awesome. Never again I bought a vehicle from them in 2016 and last year decided to lease a vehicle from them. Three months into the lease I had a tire blow out and had the I bought a vehicle from them in 2016 and last year decided to lease a vehicle from them. Three months into the lease I had a tire blow out and had the car towed to the dealer through my own insurance because VW roadside said they couldn't come out to help me due to the weather. The service department initially said they would order a replacement tire and have the car fixed the next day. After I never heard from them, I called and was advised there was additional work that needed to be done on the rims and another tire, and they could not give me a date on which I would get my car back because they had to go through the warranty I had purchased. They refused to provide me a loaner or rental vehicle, basically telling me to figure it out while they kept my car for over a week, and I ended up having to pay $1300 out of pocket for a rental vehicle. After asking to speak to a service manager, who never called me back, I spoke to the lease department who asked the GM if they could reimburse me. They advised me they would not reimburse me anything for this cost but said if the car needed to be worked on again to go to the GM about getting a loaner. This was the worst experience I have ever had in all my driving years. I WAS a loyal customer to Larry Miller Lakewood since moving to Colorado, but I will NEVER return to this dealership again. The service department does not care about it's customers at all, and I would never recommend using this dealership to anyone unless you like throwing money away, and being treated like you don't matter. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy a car from Larry H Miller Volkswagen. Heres some evidence - After spending over 40,000 on a new car, they did not fill i Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy a car from Larry H Miller Volkswagen. Heres some evidence - After spending over 40,000 on a new car, they did not fill it up with gas - They tied to engage in tax fraud to put 2,000 extra in their pocket (this was refunded after discussed with the GM) - They sold me a car with a screw in the tire and would not work with me to make it right. - They forgot to give me a floormat (keep in mind that they claimed the screw was on me because “they inspect each car thoroughly.” Ok, if this the truth, why you miss the floor mat? Also, check out Jessica Vining review, they said almost the same words to her. Please note, since I bought the car, I seen the tire pressure on that tire go down a little bit each day. Therefore, when I called and proposed what I thought would be a fair solution (I pay for a new tire a dealer cost.) They stated, “we like to take care of our customers” but stated they would not sell me a tire at dealer cost. Mind you, this is when I am getting all the emails trying to promote their service department. Keep in mind, in all their review responses they say something along the lines of “I am sorry about this, call this number and we will work something out.” I tried that and all they wanted to do was screw me out of more money on something that could have been their fault. Any other dealer would have viewed that I proposed to be fair. Its my hope that the evidence is stong enough above that you go elsewhere. In summary, stop putting “I hope you’ll give me a call soon and we can get this sorted out together” when I you all have no intention to do so. More

A key indicator could have been summarized in the dealerships’ uncoordinated and lackluster efforts to work towards a common middle-ground pricing – followed by the blunder of allowing me to drive a vehicle for 2-weeks without secured financing, not returning phone calls or text messages, and waiting until the final minute to reach out regrading financing despite my attempts to provide them with lenders outside of their network. I am not sure if it is a systemic issue of industry wide incompetency or the general lack of customer centricity. However, I can see why there has been a trend to purchase vehicles through online platforms and negate the problematic inefficiencies of dealerships. More

From the initial email exchange with Jesus Mora to get a ballpark to the moment we left the showroom in our brand new car, the whole team took excellent care of me. Jesus and Scott Wilkinson from the Sales Team made sure they understood what we were looking for and then found a car and deal that ticked all the boxes. Once we shook hands, they walked me over to Jared Silberberg from the Finance Team, who then worked with me on the finance aspects and other options. I liked how they treated as friends and not just someone to "sell" to. From the first interaction to driving off the lot, our experience as top-notch. If you are in doubt about driving there as they might be out of your way, let me assure you - they are worth the drive. More
