I went to get service before a trip to the mountains and they did not check the coolant level properly. My car ran out of coolant on the way up to the mountains in a remote location. When I called the deale they did not check the coolant level properly. My car ran out of coolant on the way up to the mountains in a remote location. When I called the dealership to tell them about their mistake, they did not take any of my concerns seriously and told me that they would let the tech know, even though I had never given them my name or the date of service, so they had no way of knowing who the tech was. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service, especially as a woman who is intimidated by the auto industry. More
