Thank you for taking my call today, Alex. I want to clarify that my intention is not to put your two employees in a difficult position. Their honesty helped me understand why this situation has occurred, and I appreciate their assistance. I am trying to make sense of this entire ordeal and determine what has been fair to me. I have replaced several parts on the car, including the cam (which I believe I paid your team to install), the clutch (along with the pressure plate), the turbo, the fuel pumps, and the exhaust, among others. It doesn’t make sense that I’ve had to invest in all these repairs with only 50,000 miles on the car. I certainly would not have replaced these parts unless it was deemed necessary for the car to run properly. I hope you can see that all of this adds up concerning this specific vehicle and the modifications that were made before I bought it from you. Thank you once again for your help.
