Been going here specifically for Volkswagen service since I have a Volkswagen cc for about 8 years now and after my last service I probably won’t go back. I took my car in for an issue and since it was check I have a Volkswagen cc for about 8 years now and after my last service I probably won’t go back. I took my car in for an issue and since it was checked by “certified” mechanics I thought they had found the issue. After spending $800 to get the serpentine belt done (which they said was the issue), nothing was changed. The sound my car made only got worse and sounded more unsafe. After looking at my previous records from Volkswagen I found that they finessed me into paying for another serpentine belt even though that had just got done two years ago. That should’ve been noticed by someone considering I’ve taken it to the same place for years on end. Then they could’ve checked another area where the issue could actually be coming from. So inconveniently I had to go back to get it looked at again. After a “more experienced” mechanic looked at it they found it “could be” a pulley issue that they tried to charge me another $900 for. After expressing that it was their fault I was able to get it down to just over $600, which I ended up paying after I test drove my car with one of the managers, even though he had the window rolled all the way up and I couldn’t hear any noises my car was previously making. After that I told them I’d listen to it and see how it sounds. Well, the sound never really went away. It’s been there the entire time just a little more quiet. Now I have to talk to Volkswagen again and inconveniently go back for a third time which I’m hesitant about since I have lost trust with them and how they do business. Ultimately after everything I spent almost $1500 and now im nervous to drive my car because it feels unsafe. Overall I think this was completely unfair and unprofessional by Volkswagen. It was their fault and failed at making it right. Considering I take my Volkswagen car to a Volkswagen service department you would think they would find the correct Volkswagen issue since it is a Volkswagen. More
My experience with Larry Miller VW was great. I bought a used car and had only had it for two days when it pulled a code. I called Dillon, the rep. that sold it to me and he apologized and set me I bought a used car and had only had it for two days when it pulled a code. I called Dillon, the rep. that sold it to me and he apologized and set me up with Luis, their service manager. Luis was fantastic, he assured me that they would fix the issue. They took a look at the car, and found out what the issue was, ordered the part and installed it. No charge. In short, they do exactly what they say they will do. I would definitely buy another car from Larry Miller. More
