Today, Kat helped me out—she was friendly, professional, and made sure I understood everything clearly. One thing I really appreciate is the detailed video from the mechanic walking under my vehicle and pointing things out—it’s a level of transparency and trust you don’t get everywhere. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee drinks, water, and snacks that make the wait surprisingly pleasant. Highly recommend this team! More

Scheduled and appointment for an oil change 39. 99. From my email. Arrived for my oil change and was informed it was going to be 79.99. She asked for a screen shot. I did not have one. Went home made 5 screenshots of the offer including expiration date. She said "this is a screen shot". The best she could do was 48.99. Having already driven 150 miles for two appointments. I paid the higher price. Then I asked to have nitrogen installed in my tires which I had paid for lifetime service. "We don't do that". This was kind of disappointing since I have all my cars serviced there.. so two trips and 200 miles I got my oil changed. I could have gone to mobile one 5 miles from home. I chose to be treated poorly by a dealer who I have history with. More

I went in to get my oil changed and tires aligned as all four had just been replaced. There was another yellow level repair made to my brakes, an air filter (which I did myself in ten minutes for at least $ four had just been replaced. There was another yellow level repair made to my brakes, an air filter (which I did myself in ten minutes for at least $80 less), and a last repair recommended but not required at that time. Two weeks later, my check engine light went on so I went back in. They said that two sensors needed to be replaced, but the parts had to be special ordered so I would have to come in the next week. The repair and parts were $1000. Less than a week later, my check engine light went on again. I was going out of town, so I was not able to get an appointment for two weeks, but I barely drove the car in the intervening time between my engine repair and next engine diagnostic. At the second engine diagnostic, they informed me that a different sensor had failed and in addition to that some other things that were supposedly on the verge of breaking and they recommended an alignment due to uneven tire wear that they had photos of. The total for all the repairs was $2000. All five repairs were marked as red level. When I asked why none of those repairs had been recommended when I was there literally two weeks ago and how the other sensor failed so quickly after the original repair, they had no answer. When I asked how I could possibly need an alignment when I had gotten an alignment there at absolute most 6 weeks ago immediately after replacing all four of my tires, they claimed that the recommendation was from 15 months ago, but apparently no one had double checked if the recommendation was still relevant even though they supposedly do the same multipoint inspection every time they do an engine diagnostic and that alignment recommendation did not come up at either of my original two engine repair appointments earlier in the month. Needless to say, I’ve gone to a different mechanic, Black Canyon Performance. They tend to be more expensive, but I’ve never been concerned that they weren’t paying attention to service records from themselves or that they were asking for a costly repair unnecessarily. More
