I was buying the car sight unseen from out of state and Dillon in sales took great care of me organizing paperwork remotely and setting u Volkswagen. When I arrived, the car was just as described and they surprised me with a CPO certification which was not expected. Unfortunately, a few issues became known with the car during my test drive but the general manager Alex and sales manager Jay took very good care of me. They were completely transparent and honest during the entire deal and ensured that the vehicle was fixed properly. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Great people work here and will make sure you are happy with whatever car you buy. More

Recently purchased a used 2015 Chevy Cruze with high mileage at around 109,000 mi. Had it less than a month and a half and already have catastrophic engine failure. I also.contacted his manager as well. Neither of them were very helpful and also wanted to charge me to see what was wrong with it. I figure after spending $7,500 with you guys and having it less than 2 months that you guys would take a look at it for free? Customer service or you know common courtesy... These guys should be ashamed of themselves. I have some attorney friends from a law firm that was formerly employed with and I plan on pursuing every avenue I can to seek out justice and what's right. Spoke with another one of their managers when the main manager with the dog was out and he informed me that he would get back to me and of course never did. Super low class fellas!
