Overall the best experience of all the dealership we visited. We actually had a rep who listened to what we wanted and helped us get it. I also felt that there was minimal haggling on the price and that visited. We actually had a rep who listened to what we wanted and helped us get it. I also felt that there was minimal haggling on the price and that the fees and closing were reasonable. My only feedback for improvement would be to improve the time management skills of the reps and management. We had to wait four hours just to buy the car once it had arrived. This was partially due to under-staffing in the finance department but also due to poor time estimation skills of the rep. There were multiple times in our dealings with him that he estimated how long things would take and he was way off. More

This was a car I bought from them coming from Texas. The communication was always excellent either over the phone or through the internet. The car was in the expected conditions. The General Manger did not want to close the deal over the phone with papers FedEx’ed, and had me to fly all the way over there to release the vehicle. Alan tried his best to get this policy away, but I guess a policy is a policy. Alan is one of those individuals that are very difficult to find: Honest, friendly, and a Car Salesman ! He is a great person and I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone interested in buying a vehicle !!! Heck, I am maybe even buying another vehicle from him over the internet to be shipped down to here in Texas !!! That is how good he is and how good the experience was with Larry Miller Toyota. More

I have had numerous issues with the Rock Springs Toyota people. I told KC about all my problems and that I drove three hours due to the fact I was so sick of the Rock Springs people not even valuing me as people. KC heard all my complaints, and as an effort to win my assurance that this dealership was going to take care of me.. he made sure I got a free lube job and oil change. I have NEVER had a service department do this for me. I was surprised, shocked, and confused that a dealership would go out of their way to win my business for good. I will defiantly be back, and this is the place to go! Free soda, coffee, hot chocolate or water; clean restrooms, free popcorn for the kiddos. Internet use is open for the public, and the offices are neat and tidy. KC is awesome! Friendliest, kindest staff I have ever met at a dealership. And I am defiantly glad to know my car is safe in their professional hands, and my business is important to them! More

What a negative experience I had at L H Miller Service Department in Murray. I purchased my 2010 Prius there. It took four trips there to get my drivers side seat belt holder replaced. The first trip the did not have the part and needed to order it. I waited about a week and stopped in the second time they had no record of the part being ordered. I asked them to order it again. I waited about a week again when I stopped in for the third time again I was told they had no record of the part being ordered. When I told the young man he was the one I spoke with last time he went to the parts department and miracle found the part. I asked if they could install the part the response was no time today. I decided to purchase the part and hand carry the part out of the dealership.to avoid any additional problems. I haven't decided if I will give them the opportunity to try the fourth time or try some place else. I can't wait until I get my survey from the Toyota people! More

He ended up bringing home another car "TO TRY OUT" for a couple weeks. After deciding the deal was far from worth it he went back to turn this car in and get our car back. Not only was the Antenna to my car missing, but the piece that opens my trunk and light up my plate was broke off. It is literally dangling. There is no popping back into place! At first they denied we had an antenna. This was later returned. They basically called me a liar and that it was already broke off when we brought it in. FALSE! My husband even pointed out the piece to the salesman and he said "We didn't touch that!" Are you kidding me? I've talked to numerous people at this place and they have been far from helpful with this situation. Not only did they continue on interrupting me on everything I said, they told me THEY weren't liars. well I am sorry. My car was in perfect condition and has been for the time we've had it! All of a sudden on their property they return to us with a broken piece? We open the trunk and it just fell off??!?! To top it off implying that WE WERE LYING?!?! This place is a joke and now I am sick to my stomach that they DID US SO DIRTY! I don't know how much this will cost to fix, THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE HERE. The issue is that they took no credit for this. I am beyond disgusted and now I am spreading the word! Be careful! Please!!!!! More
