We had a great experience with Parker & Sean. They were knowledgeable and helpful and spent the time to get us the best deal on a terrific car. We have had awful car buying experiences in the past at were knowledgeable and helpful and spent the time to get us the best deal on a terrific car. GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL. SEAN HELPED MY WIFE WITH EVERY ASPECT OF BUYING HER NEW HIGHLANDER. HE SHOWED HER ALL THE FUNCTIONS STEP BY STEP & EXPLAINED HOW IT ALL WORKED, THEN SHOWED ME THE SAME VEHICLE FUNC ASPECT OF BUYING HER NEW HIGHLANDER. HE SHOWED HER ALL THE FUNCTIONS STEP BY STEP & EXPLAINED HOW IT ALL WORKED, THEN SHOWED ME THE SAME VEHICLE FUNCTIONS WHEN I ARRIVED A LITTLE LATER. BEING IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY FOR OVER A DECADE, I NOTICE THE SMALL THINGS. SEAN DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB, COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. Needed a vehicle with in my budget of around $200 per month. Was thinking of purchasing a used vehicle for my new drive. Chris Tong suggested a lease. The purchase was easy, pretty fast and then I was on my way with a better car than I thought I would be leaving with. They also offered my a job while I was there, just may do it! More

I live in WY, and had contacted my local Toyota dealership, along with an additional closeby Toyota dealership for some special help with my 2012 Scion and neither one of them would help me. I had just returned from a journey of over 1200 miles and it was time for my first oil change. I requested that a Certified Mechanic change my oil, NOT just an oil change non-mechanic person, because it was the first oil change. A Certified Mechanic would have the extra knowledge and education that an oil change person would not have, due to his short training period. I also had noticed that the vehicle was pulling hard to the right after I had to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting an antelope.Therefore, I requested that a Mechanic take a good look at that problem, too. MY LOCAL DEALERSHIP, AND THE CLOSEBY DEALERSHIP BOTH SAID THEY WOULD ONLY PROVIDE AN OIL CHANGE PERSON, AND THAT IF I WANTED A CERTIFIED MECHANIC, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR HIM OUT OF MY POCKET!!! At that point in time,I decided that I needed to find another dealership to help me. In the past, I had a bad experience with a lube tech who MISSED some Bad particles in the oil as he was draining it, probably due to his inexperience and incompetence, which later caused me a lot of problems. So with a new 2012 Scion, I had to find a dealership who would honor my request for a Certified Mechanic to both change the oil and look into the problem with the Scion pulling to the right. I needed to drive to Salt Lake City in a week for a very important business meeting, so after doing a Google search, and reading reviews of UT Toyota dealerships, I decided on Larry H. Miller Toyota. I called the dealership, talked with Mr. Mike Burns, Asst. Service Manager, explained in detail what I needed done, and BINGO, he made it happen without any further stress! When I arrived at the dealership, Mr. Burns was most kind and patient with me and even allowed me to meet the Certified Mechanic, who showed me the brakes and tires, thus assuring me that my Scion had NOT suffered any damage and or wear to them at all! Mr. Burns even checked with one of their aftermarket suppliers to get me set up with a rearview mirror with a compass for my Scion. And he did all of this just to help me out, and I was not even an established UT customer! This dealership is BETTER than a 5 star Hotel in every way! So, Scion Owner, If you want to be treated with kind, competent and expert service providers, look no further than Larry H. Miller Toyota , in Murray, Utah. You will not be disappointed!! More
Parker was very friendly and wanted to help me in everyway possible. He would take the time to go back and check on options that I missed after I looked over the car. Brett Hansen was my sales consultant, he was very friendly and helped me find the perfect car in my budget. I recently lost my Toyota to a car accident and I was less than thrilled with the idea of buying another car. Brett listened to my concerns and he made the experience fun and easy going. He connected with me on a personal level and made me feel like a valued customer even though I was spending less than $10,000.00. I really couldn't have asked for a more friendly and professional sales consultant. Brett is a true asset to your organization and I wanted you to know how much I appreciated his service today. Just when I thought that the experience today couldn't have gotten any better Brett introduced me to Josh Ekenstam in the finance department.Josh has an incredible sense of humor and he had me laughing and smiling through the entire process. I have never had such an enjoyable experience while going over such boring material. In the past having to deal with finance people while buying a car made me wish that I was anywhere but there, but not today. Josh was friendly and professional while covering all of my options and he made sure that all of questions and concerns were answered clearly. I truly appreciate his combination of friendliness and professionalism. I couldn't have asked for a better experience today, which is why I gave the highest marks in all of the above categories. My $380 3 hour brake work turned out to be $1100 and a full day. Now, two months later I am being billed for the rental car they said they would pay for.
