We needed major engine repairs on a Sienna. The mechanical work seems to be Ok. The service manager was pleasant enough when you could get them to call you back. However to get information about th mechanical work seems to be Ok. The service manager was pleasant enough when you could get them to call you back. However to get information about the work in progress we always had to initiate the call. I was extremely frustrated with the poor comunication by the time we were finished. The pricing seemed high as well. We will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. More

We had a great experience overall. Low pressure sale and I felt that we got a good deal on the car. My only complaint would be that it took a long time from the time we decided to buy the car until the fin I felt that we got a good deal on the car. Brett took the time to help us prepare the sales paper so they could be sent home to be signed by our recovering father. He also came in on his day off to finalize the deal. They overcharged us on labour and did not perform the proper service mainanence required before our warranty was up. I believe that they took advantage of me because I am female. The last time I went in they replaced the serpentine belt & it is now making an awful squeaking noise. Now I have to waist more of my time, on a Saturday, to go in and get that checked. Also, the people we dealt with were not listed on the employee section... So I just picked a random person. I don't want them to think it was necessarily their fault. More

I went elseware...then I came back in, and I found out KC was back...YAHOO!!!I finally had my favorite Service Person back! If you lose KC, you're going to lose someone that cares abt his customers.
