I took my Prius in to get the AC fixed. After waiting at I took my Prius in to get the AC fixed. After waiting at the dealership all afternoon, I went to check on the progress only to find they hadn't even I took my Prius in to get the AC fixed. After waiting at the dealership all afternoon, I went to check on the progress only to find they hadn't even looked at my car yet, although they said they'd get to it soon when I dropped it off. Hours later, they charged us over $300 and didn't get the problem fixed. They told us maybe it was better, but to come back the next day if there were still problems. The AC was no better than when I got there. They treated me like they could walk all over me and I'd just have to accept whatever they did or whatever they charged, which I've wondered was partly because I'm a woman (although things didn't get much better when my husband meet me there after work). I couldn't have been more frustrated and less pleased with my experience. 1 star is too generous. More
This was the worst bait and switch. Verbally the salesman promised exactly what I wanted then switched the vehicle and contract to a more expensive package. Sean Smith was amazing. We had an all day experience but even with that he was GREAT!!!! He was caring, attentive and I felt very straight forward. I knew he wasn't just trying to "make the deal" at all even with that he was GREAT!!!! He was caring, attentive and I felt very straight forward. I had the best experience at Toyota, the sales person was great and the manager was nice and friendly. My new car was clean, filled with gas and they took the time to show me the features. Because of the friendliness, cooperation,willing to deal and really not being overbearing. I had a good experience with the salesman, he was new and tried to answer all the questions we had. I brought my car in for advise on a clunking noise in the rear. While the car was being looked at. I was in the rest room. I heard some salesmen come into the bathroom. How they where taking too long to make up there mind in the vehicle that they wanted to purchase. They were also using strong profanity and racial slurs. When I talked to a service adviser about it. They said they would let management know and it would be handled. When kc came to me to let me know what was wrong with my car. He said the tech found that the transmission was bad and it was $4,000 to repair. He then asks if I would like to sell it for $500 and he would pay for the diagnosis of $49. He could not explain how a transmission that's in the front of the car would make a noise in the rear of it. I left paying for the diagnosis. I took it to big o and had them look at it. They told me it was my rear sway bar and charged me $150 to fix it. The noise is not there any more. I am disappointed at how the personal there treat there customers, the poor ability to correctly diagnose an easy repair and the dishonesty of what has happened. I hope this isn't a sign of things to expect from a dealership that is suppose to know there product line better that any other company. More

Larry H Miller is simply the best! I have purchased my past two cars from Karl Malone Toyota. Since they have moved to there new location they are not what they used to be! My last experience there was ho past two cars from Karl Malone Toyota. Since they have moved to there new location they are not what they used to be! My last experience there was horrible. I did not even get to test drive a van the first two times I went there what a joke. It took three tries there to realize that I do not want to do business with Karl Malone Toyota. When I stepped foot into Larry H Miller Toyota I was greeted promptly by Alan Weeks. He was able to find out what are needs were and got us test driving our car very quickly. While we were out he prepared a couple of comparisons which was great. We took a look at them and bought the car right then. From top to bottom Larry H miller Toyota is by far the best place to buy a new or used Toyota. More
They saved me. I had a very difficult situation where I was sold a vehicle that had some very significant electrical problems. KC Gardner had a technician that was very knowlegable and saved me several th was sold a vehicle that had some very significant electrical problems. KC Gardner had a technician that was very knowlegable and saved me several thousand dollars rewiring a harness. There are very few people that could have pulled that off. It took him two days to do it but he stayed with it and did it even though Toyota told him that it couldn't be done. I now have a vehicle that I can license and drive. Before that I bought a car that was useless. Thanks for going the extra mile. More

I didn't buy my car here, but I do not take i this location for a couple years now, and I am always impressed by how well I am treated by the staff.
