They took my truck in on time, no waiting in line. Told me it would take about an hour and ten minutes, I talked to Pete Bell for a few minutes and was on my way in an hour. Chad then gave me a credit report This dealership was dishonest with me. I purchased a used car by writing a check for the total amount of the car. Chad then gave me a credit report application to fill out. When I realized what it was, I told Chad in no uncertain terms that I did not want my credit run under any circumstances, and that I would be happy to come pick up the car after the check had cleared. I was assured by Chad that it was just part of the necessary paperwork required on any purchase. I was adamant that my credit report had better not be run and I was assured several times that it would be not. Two months later, I am trying to get a property loan only to find that my credit report has been dinged because Chad ran my credit report. I am angry. I feel that I was blatantly lied to and the dealership was dishonest. More

This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Everyone not just the principal people we dealt with during our visit but the occasional LHM people we spoke to while on site were j have ever had. The price and terms left no need to haggle as in years gone bye. The Toyota quality speaks for itself. Our first Toyota Celica provided twelve years of trouble free service. The second provided us fifteen years of trouble free service and was in excellent condition when it sold today for four thousand dollars. Our reason for selling it was that at seventy-five years of age, getting in to and our of a sedan becomes a chore. The Rav4 met our needs in all regards. I have had a car that we've been working on purchasing for three months. You guys have continually lied and misrepresented the truth about what is going on.
