Craig has always given me exceptional service. He is caring and compassionate and usually works me right in, even at the last minute. You don't expect immediate attention at large dealerships and I love caring and compassionate and usually works me right in, even at the last minute. Craig is never too busy to hear my concerns and gives me good, honest, and trustworthy advice. He is a great asset to LHM Toyota as he has personally gone the extra mile to make minor/service checks and adjustments on my car. I often go to Craig/ LHM Toyota for a 2nd opinion and it has saved me from unnecessary and outrageous work. My tires are often tied to other places and they often try to sell me unwarranted repairs. I find that many services and prices here are equal, if not better then other places. When I'm ready for work, I always trust Toyota to do the job right. I've always been very picky when it comes to my car(s) and I trust Toyota's workmanship/service and reputation above all others. The electrical work/short done on my headlight recently was a welcomed surprise as I thought it would take all morning to trace the problem. Instead I got my car back rather quickly and the price was very reasonable. Thanks too for providing such a beautiful lounge setting with drinks and snacks, newspapers, fireplace, TV, phones, etc. It makes the visit even more enjoyable and relaxing. I also enjoy the free car washes with your services, it's an exceptional perk! For all these reasons I would like to give Craig and the wonderful team at Toyota your highest rating, as it's well deserved and most appreciated. Satisfied Customer More

Thought I was just going in for my first free oil change and wow is all I can say. Not only did they do this but rotated the tires, washed and vacuumed the car as well. Sean was excellent setting up a new 4 Runner to purchase. Sean is easy to work with and it was nice to have a salesperson that was not pressuring me to purchase a new car. WE WERE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND COURTESY FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED. TERRY HAD TALKED WITH THE SALESMAN ON THE PHONE. HE (MIKAELE) DROVE UP IN THE VEHICLE TERRY INQUIRED ABOUT AND SUGGESTED A DRIVE. THE VEHICLE SOLD ITSELF, BUT MIKAELE EARNED OUR RESPECT BY FIGHTING WITH MANAGEMENT FOR THE PRICE STATED ON THE INTERNET. THE GENTLEMAN WHO HANDLED THE FINAL PAPERWORK WAS QUITE A SALESMAN, TOO. Went to buy an Avalon Limited edition. Negotiated the price I wanted as all up on the road but then had to wait over a week jumping through finance hoops due to lack of credit rating(Australian without a price I wanted as all up on the road but then had to wait over a week jumping through finance hoops due to lack of credit rating(Australian without a rating) Other than a long time, fair enough due to no previous history. Offered a $10,000 deposit to help it go through. Finally went to sign the papers and the price had jumped $2000. Not happy but I should have put it in wirting so accepted the additional cost. The salesman advised me I couldn't have the car though as it was subject to recall. Not happy. The salesman promissed I would have the car the next day "even if he had to remove the parts from another car". The next day...got a call and the car was not ready, very not happy. Salesman advised later I could have a loan car that day until mine was ready. (I had been using an expensive hire car) Rang back to accept the loan car...none available and very not happy by now. Ready to ask for my $10,000 deposit back. Went in the next day to pick up the loan car and got a very cold shoulder from the salesman. As a senior manager associated with the Rio Tinto KUC mine and access to influence over 4000 potential customs with money; I think my experience at the hands of your employees has been nothing short of very bad. Sales Manager Richard Prospero was willing to work with the priceing I was looking for. Salesmen Rick Johnson and Dave Hughes were very friendly and did not pressure me one bit. And, In Finance, Mike Clark Showed me some great financing options and Protection plans that will keep my New Corolla Running and looking great for a long time!!! These guys have been and will continue to be great friends and the ones that I will continue to go to and send my friends to in the future. Toyota is the product for me and these gentlemen treated me and my wife and kids with courtesy and respect! Not just because we are already friends. You can tell when someone is sincere and that was what they are 100% They care about their customers regardless of if you are a friend, family, or even a random stranger. Once you work with them, Even if you might not buy from them, you will want to return in the future! My new Corolla is Beautiful!!! I am glad that I was able to find what I was wanting. (Manual Transmission Corolla S are hard to find!) But I am glad I found it there. Lance Barraclough has done an awesome job making this dealership the greatest!!! We have been so impressed with its reliability that we wanted a toyota. My husband wanted a hybrid, I was concerned about the performance. We test drove a camry hybrid, it was perfect! Ryan & Dave (we'd talked to him earlier) were both great! They answered all our questions and were very helpful. We made an offer and it was accepted. They washed the car while we finished the paperwork with Brett and we drove it home. We are extremely happy with the car and the dealership! More
