Excellent service Had a rattling noise by the front of the running board. Dustyyn looked at it and found a loose bolt. Chad was our salesman. He worked hard for many hours trying to find the best vehicle that would meet our needs and price range. He was flexible with our requests and requirements and went above and bey trying to find the best vehicle that would meet our needs and price range. He was flexible with our requests and requirements and went above and beyond to help us get the car we desired, even offering to help make arrangements for us to get both cars home. We made two trips into Larry H. Miller and were able to place a deposit on a car during our first trip and pick it up later, which was very convenient and necessary for our situation. However, there was a serious breakdown in communication between Chad and the finance department. Due to my excellent credit score, Chad promised me I would be offered between 1.99 - and a low 2% interest rate for my financing for 75 months, which was what I agreed to under the terms of my purchase agreement to be where we wanted to be in our monthly payment range. During the actual stage of signing, the actual % interest rate that was available was much higher, and my payments were required to be extended to 78 months, in order to stay within the price range I agreed to, which over the term of the loan is a difference of a few thousand dollars. That was very disappointing, and not what I had agreed to during the negotiation process with Chad. The interest rate and term of loan was a critical factor of my negotiations with Chad, and we spent many hours coming to an agreement on price, term of financing, and %, only to get into the financing portion of closing and find out something very different. I don't feel like the financial agreement I agreed to and signed with Chad was what I received during financing, which was upsetting and disappointing. However, Chad worked very hard throughout the entire process, up to that point, to ensure our experience was a quality experience, exhausting every imaginable avenue to help us purchase the car we wanted to purchase.
