Poor Customer Service I've been very disappointed in the service I received at your dealership from a gentleman named Chad. I spoke to Chad on the phone inquiring about a I've been very disappointed in the service I received at your dealership from a gentleman named Chad. I spoke to Chad on the phone inquiring about a Tacoma and he said he had one for me and took my credit card number to save it for me until I could get up there. He said the $2000 would be refunded if I didn't like the truck. I got there and I ended up not liking the Tacoma after finding out it didn't have all the items he said it had. I told him I might be interested in buying the truck if he could make the truck what he said it was on the phone. He said he would go and talk to management to see what he could do and after 20 minutes of waiting I walked out. I call and left a message for him and someone else at the dealership kindly asking that the $2000 be put back on the car and I still haven't seen it. So I've had to contact American Express and go through the headache of disputing the charge. All my future business will be with Toyota Bountiful. They listened and found me what I was looking for and didn't try and pressure me into buying right now and buying something I didn't want. More

Not-so-Routine maintenance I had a great experience! I came in for 30,000 mile maintenance, and once I got there, my very helpful, friendly service rep reminded me I'd already I had a great experience! I came in for 30,000 mile maintenance, and once I got there, my very helpful, friendly service rep reminded me I'd already completed that service (saving me a couple hundred dollars on repeat service!). I had to be back at work by noon, so she kept checking on me to make sure I didn't need a shuttle service. She checked in with me about every part of the service experience, and couldn't have been nicer. What a great experience! More
