35,000 mile check up and oil change When I pulled into the service lane I was greeted with a friendly smile. Stated what I was there for and she said she would take care of it. They parked it in a service lane for exit exit. There was no charge because of the maintenance planned I purchased. I was actually impressed that it was done in such a short time. It was all that a person could expect. It would be easy for me to recommend your service and your vehicles to anyone. I have loved my Sienna since I bought it. Although there was an oil gasket problem when they changed the oil at purchase, they handled it very professionally and I have not had any problems since then. More
Incredibly horrible customer experience. I sent in an email asking about the availability of a specific car, and what the current rate on leases and any specific incentives they had. I specifically mentioned I was shopping the same car at Mark Miller and Karl Malone, too. I just wanted an out the door price and a simple sale. I get an e-mail response that does not address a single question I asked. But it does tell me how good their customer service is, and how good an experience I will have if I let them sell me a car. Obviously a form e-mail, and obviously from someone who did not even bother to read my original e-mail. So my wife and I go down there. We walk around the lot for twenty minutes. We look at the cars we are concerned with, but they are all locked, so we can only look. We get tired of waiting and head back to our car to leave. Only when we are getting in our car leaving are we approached, and then all the guy says is, "So, you don't need any help, do you?" No, not from you now. I have since gotten three more e-mails from LHM, all form e-mails, none of which have anything to do with what I sent them. They are real good about asking me to call or text Bill Green, but Bill Green is not so good about answering direct questions. In the meantime, both Mark Miller and Karl Malone have been very attentive, have responded to direct questions and done so promptly. Larry Miller has never had too good a reputation for customer service, and now I see why. They talk it up, but they have no clue what it really is.... More

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I had to go in the day after I picked up my truck because of something I did. The salesman and the service department person took the time to explain what happened and got me on my way quickly. I am finding they take care of you after delivery and not just up until delivery. This is my first experience with this dealership and I would go back to them. More
