1 strike 2 strike 3 your out Absolutely no attention to detail and absurd procrastination. 4 years and over tens of thousands of dollars spent, I have yet to have my service reque Absolutely no attention to detail and absurd procrastination. 4 years and over tens of thousands of dollars spent, I have yet to have my service requests performed correctly. It started with my platinum tundra that was purchased there. Multiple service related problems that led to it being at their center for well over 4 MONTHS time when adding up all the multiple unrelated problems with a brand new truck. And now they just had my standard tundra in there for suspension work that took 45 days or more and when they called and said it was done and ready for pick up they forced me to pay over the phone due to my travel ETA being after 6pm. No problem I said until I got there and realized my 3k bought me no speedometer, no a/c, no cabin fan, no seat covers, no gauges for air bag suspension, no steam cleaned motor, and now a lifter is making a chatter with only 80k on the odometer. It was supposed to get me a seat cover, full fluid swap, Firestone air bag and compressor (with gauges), full inspection and repair of anything needed. I don't complain about time and cost but I do complain about the shear laziness of the staff to not give it a once over at time of completion prior to calling me. Like hey dude plug the wire back in so a guy has power lights and a speedometer that works. More

One salesman totally blew me off and the one they called up to help me seemed irritated and got rid of me as soon as he could, because I made the mistake of telling them I wasn't buying for a few months. I will continue to go here to have my car serviced, but my family will find a dealership who values all customers for any future purchases. More
