Bad experience We did not have a good experience with this dealership. They jerked us around with the price of the truck and our trade in. Now there is a late charge and we still had to make another payment on our trade in because the 10 day pay off has turned in to a month. I will NEVER buy from a LARRY H MILLER dealership again More

Easy! First - I'm in here a lot, been coming in for years. I put 40,000 miles a year on my car and come in every time my service light goes on. Everyone wants to help, great team environment.... You roll in and someone is there asking "what brought you in today?". They let you know an approximate time your wait will be and if it's going to be longer the let you know. I appreciate all that service center has done for me over all these years. More

We were exceptionally pleased with the sale and we have loved the new vehicle. I have always been a satisfied Toyota consumer and have driven various Toyota models since I was sixteen years old. My purpose in writing this review is not to focus on my satisfaction with the vehicle itself, but rather to emphasize how positive the sales experience was. The representative that sold us our vehicle (Matt) facilitated a transaction that was unlike anything I have ever experienced. He was unparalleled in his professionalism, knowledge, customer service, ability to communicate clearly and adequately respond to any concerns or questions that we had. However, this was all secondary to what made this experience so unique and memorable. During our time at the dealership Matt’s authenticity and genuinely good-hearted disposition facilitated a trust and sincere connection. Not only did I feel like Matt genuinely cared about me as a customer, I felt like he sincerely cared about me as a person. Not even for a moment did I feel any degree of pressure to purchase the vehicle, nor did he use any stereotypical “sales tactics” to persuade us to buy. I honestly felt like Matt cared more about me than he did about the sale of the vehicle. The moral conviction and Matt’s personal character attributes clearly flow into his work. It was Matt’s character, vulnerability and genuine compassion that created such a conducive environment. I felt no degree of deception or inauthenticity from him. As I compose this review I realize that it sounds trite or contrived, but I honestly look back on that sales experience with nostalgia. Matt didn’t sell us a vehicle. He created a memory for my family and myself. I would have never imagined having an experience like that at a car dealership. My wife has expressed similar sentiments. As I drove away from the dealership I recall feeling surprisingly emotional. It is rare to find such attributes in another person, especially someone with which you are conducting an isolated business transaction. This singular experience has even further engrained my loyalty to Toyota, and has changed the way that I view the car-buying experience. After the sale was complete, Matt took an extensive amount of time to explain each feature of the vehicle. He rigorously went through any question we had and ensured that we felt comfortable with any uncertainty. His patience was unprecedented and it made us feel valued. He was honest and did not play any strategic or manipulative games and was forthright and candid throughout the entire transaction. Since the date of the sale, he has personally followed up with us to ensure our satisfaction on several occasions. To summarize, I was astonished at how professional and emotionally significant the sales experience was at Larry H. Miller. The personal relationship was the priority, not the sale, and that is an encounter I will never forget. I cannot over-emphasize how satisfied we were with the experience and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Larry H. Miller Toyota to a friend. I genuinely have no complaints or negative feedback about the transaction and I only wish that others could have the same experience that I had. Not only did I leave the sale feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase, but I also felt edified, valued and cared about as an individual human being. I felt better about myself and more hopeful about life after buying a car. That does not happen everyday. Thank you Larry H. Miller Toyota, and thank you Matt. This is the way purchasing a vehicle should happen, and on a deeper level, I believe that this is how we should treat others in our interpersonal relationships. Who would have thought that buying a minivan would be such an emotionally significant experience in my life? It was, and for that I am grateful. Thank you. More
Horrific experience and very suspect practices Horrific experience. I brought in a quote from another dealer for a 2015 4Runner trail premium with kdss and asked if they could match the price and d Horrific experience. I brought in a quote from another dealer for a 2015 4Runner trail premium with kdss and asked if they could match the price and do better on a trade offer. Their sales manager took the quote for review to the finance team, came back and said they could do it. What they failed to disclose is that their vehicle would be missing the kdss, a $1750 option. I called the sales manager as soon as I realized what they had done, 4 days later. The sales manager promised a call back, never heard from them. Left messages for their Customer Service Manager and Operations Manager, still no call back. Only after I filed a complaint with Toyota did their operations manager finally get back to me. Their message to me was you already signed the papers so we will do nothing to help you or take responsibility for their deceptive sales tactics. Also found from Toyota directly that the address they supplied when reporting the vehicle they sold me was a nonexistent address. I presume this is done so I would not receive the Toyota customer service satisfaction survey and they would still get their $750 kick back. Buyer beware. Very suspect practices happening at this dealership. More
