Bad Communication, Never replaced cap I am glad my last service will be my last. I prepaid for the oil and tire rotation plan. They never communicated that they didn't rotate my tires. Aft I am glad my last service will be my last. I prepaid for the oil and tire rotation plan. They never communicated that they didn't rotate my tires. After leaving a message days later the service manager lisa called. She informed me that my tires didn't need to be rotated. I then went to replace my airfilter today. Found I have no powersteering reservoir cap. GONE! Called back. They can't get one for 4 days. Now I have been driving without one for 450 miles. Very bad for my truck. This has been a horrible experience. Thought they would be better than jiffylube. Guess not. Will NOT recommend this place to anyone. I know you get busy, but I am sure they would be mad if it was your vehicle. More
Dealership was very accommodating with my time limitations. Service advisor, Mary Jane, was most helpful in getting me in and getting the work done in a timely manner. It is always stressful to have to do expensive major repairs on a car that has been so dependable for 5 years and 50,000 miles. It seems to be happening more and more often with the newer vehicles but the people at LHM lessened the stress. More
Great customer swrvice Has a scheduled appointment and appreciated the fact that we were from Wyoming. I wish I had realized when I purchased the car (from this location) that all oil changes from LHM were included with warranty. I have gone to Tony Divino and the one in Orem without realizing I had to go to this dealership. I wished I had known. I imagine I would have saved around $700-$800 for all of the upkeep and maintenance. More
Simple and satisfied From making the appointment, dropping off the car and going over the work that was completed, everything was what I needed and what I asked for. Lack of effort I am currently looking for a specific Toyota Tundra double cab to purchase and found the model I was looking for on Autotrader. Although I live in I am currently looking for a specific Toyota Tundra double cab to purchase and found the model I was looking for on Autotrader. Although I live in the Phoenix area and the truck I wanted is at Larry H. Miller Toyota in Utah, I didn't think it would be a problem getting this truck either swapped with one of their sister dealerships in the Phoenix area or have it shipped. Alan Weeks sent me his long-winded, pre-printed introduction e-mail with a flat answer to my request: we cannot swap this vehicle with a dealership in Phoenix and I would have to come get it in person. No mention of shipping the vehicle to me or a LHM dealership in Phoenix. When I responded Autonation had just a few years ago shipped a brand new FJ Cruiser I bought for my wife from New Mexico to Phoenix at no charge, he didn't respond. In fact, he never sent a follow up e-mail to me to see what could be done. There must be an unlimited amount of customers going to LHM in Utah, because the people wanting to buy cars via the internet, out of state, are not "easy" enough to sell to. Why advertise cars for sale via Autotrader, if you won't go above and beyond for out of state buyers? Autonation, Carmax, and Penske are dealerships who understand buyers in the 21st century and work TOGETHER with their sister dealerships across the country. The Internet manager at LHM tried to have his inventory manager contact the LHM Utah inventory manager about the truck I am interested in. The truck is now marked as, "reserved, DO NOT TRADE". It's a strange coincidence that the exact truck I am interested in and is clearly still advertised for sale on the internet is now in a "reserved" status, within 24 hours. I've owned 30 vehicles in the past 10 years and I regularly buy cars. I've bought 5 vehicles from Penske alone in the past 5 years. I don't know what customer service training you provide, but you might want to take a page out of Penske's sales model...they are a 5 star establishment. I'll take my $40k elsewhere...it's not like Tundras are "flying off the shelves"...almost every dealership is currently selling them below MSRP. More
