5,000 mile service on new Rav4 Fast. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Worked me into the schedule when I called the day before. Asked to be there at 7 a.m. and I was the second Fast. Miller Toyota service department. Marion Searle P.S. The brakes were making a funny "grinding" rubbing sound that I asked to be checked when I came in for the 5,000 mile service. The ticket alerted the technicians to check this out. Later the service guy said it was due to rust on the brake rotors..... that this happened when there was a lot of moisture and the sound produced was the wheel rubbing/grinding off that rust as the brakes were applies. I had to believe him. More

very happy with the experience I was greeted when I pulled in. The service writer came out and asked the reason for the visit. I told him I had an appointment for service. We discussed what I desired and he filled out the request. I told him I needed a E:O::M battery. He asked for the remote and the wheel lug socket so they could rotate the tires. Asked me to go into the customer waiting area and they call me when it was ready. In about one and a half hours he called me to say it was ready. Being that the registration was due, he asked if I wanted to complete the renewal. I said yes and he directed me to a lady that did the registration. I left there a happy man. More
