Watch out for your service charge We dropped our 4Runner off for a transmission flush and when we came back to get it, they only removed the bolt and drained 4 quarts of fluid and repl We dropped our 4Runner off for a transmission flush and when we came back to get it, they only removed the bolt and drained 4 quarts of fluid and replaced the 4 quarts. However, they were trying to charge us for a complete flush and condition, saying they flushed the whole system using a machine, changed the filter and gasket and put conditioner in it. no conditioner, no new filter, no new gasket and no machine ever hooked up. After about an hour talking with technician, and managers we got our bill fixed with only what they did. When you take your car here for service, check the work before you pay, they are trying to take as much money as they can for little to no work. More

He looked and found a Honda Odyssey 2010. It had very strong smile smell in the can and the sunroof was broken. I told him what I could afford. Was about 325/month He goes to finance manager and tells me to wait. He bring me back a sheet where the finance manager has me at payment of 600.00 a month and is expecting me to cover the charge to have sunroof fixed. The salesman was good the finance manager was not. Sad part about the whole experience I wasted 3 hours of my night to come away empty handed and I also found the same van at another dealership 2500.00 less and it didn't stink or sunroof wasn't broken. Service package not honored I purchased a three oil change package in June of 2014. It had a one year expiration date attached. At the time of purchase I was concerned I would I purchased a three oil change package in June of 2014. It had a one year expiration date attached. At the time of purchase I was concerned I would not utilize it because we did not drive enough to warrant three oil changes in the year period. The service rep told me it was no problem, they could make exceptions. I called to arrange an appointment for my one remaining oil change in early March of 2016. I was told that they could not honor it because my service package expired. I explained the discussion I had with the service rep when I purchased the package, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I then asked to speak with a manager, Traci. She said the same thing, there was nothing she could do, the terms of the package were clearly marked. I agreed, yes, I was aware it was good for a year, that's why when I purchased it I was concerned about the year terms, and was told it would not be a problem, they could make exceptions. I told her I understood there could be exceptions made, to which I was told no, nothing could be done. We have purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and taken that one, and two other Toyota's we own there for service since 1999. I am very disappointed that this is the end result. I am not trying to get something for nothing, just want to get what I paid for. Traci was not helpful, gave no offer of reconciliation, and did not seem to care that they have now lost a long standing customer due to such a trivial issue. Very sad. More
Incompetent and dishonest I took my truck in for an oil change and to have a running light replaced. Was told it would be about an hour. They were unable to locate my truck. Then it turned out that the truck had been done for 2 hours but they just failed to let me know. I was offered a lame apology and sent on my way. When I got home, I realized that they had not changed the light nor had they vacuumed my car as I was told. When I called and asked to speak with the service dept supervisor, they refused to give me his contact. I have since been lied to and ignored. I paid for 3 oil changes and was told that I would be sent a check for the other 2. It has been well over a month and NOTHING! Beware of Larry H Miller Toyota service dept. Incompetent and dishonest! He honored the coupon I had for the oil change and checked everything I asked him to, Dave took care of me in less than an hour! I have never been treated so well. More
