Oil change packet After purchasing there oil change package. They are only transferable once and because people don't usually ask to transfer they don't tell you. Loved Mike Good car good price but why??? We had a Great salesman Mike McIntire. Worked with us for 2 weeks. Answered all our crazy Hybrid questions and got us the car we wanted. With an excellent credit score and 20% down, we were still listening to dealership hype about what else we needed at 8:30!!!! My husband was ready to walk. Come on make it easy!!! There is no need for a 3 hour wait!!! More

Extraordinarily poor service department After excellent customer service at another (non-Toyota) dealership, I was unimpressed and disappointed at Larry H. Miller Toyota. I had multiple inte After excellent customer service at another (non-Toyota) dealership, I was unimpressed and disappointed at Larry H. Miller Toyota. I had multiple interactions with this department over the course of a month in the quest to have some in-warranty repairs and an expensive side mirror replacement completed. My initial service manager went MIA after our initial contact and despite multiple calls and messages, it took 2 weeks to get started after the initial assessment. A chat with the assistant manager showed that I had received poor, incomplete or incorrect information from my initial service manager and things looked up briefly, but after having my repairs completed I was angry to receive a bill that was inconsistent with the quote I had received from 2 different people. The dealership made a minor concession, but overall didn't convey that they cared much about their mistake. An unpleasant phone call the next day informed me that they had uncovered an additional mistake - one that would cost me another $200. The service department manager was my contact at this point. Lisa Jacobsen may be the most ineffective manager I've ever dealt with. She seemed to lack any real power to make things right, she did not take responsibility for the shoddy work in her department, and ultimately convinced me that this was not a business I cared to continue to patronize. I recommend you stay away! More
