Service is the worst Waited over 8 hrs for simple oil change and water pump. Took 3 hrs to tell me the water pump needed to be replaced. Then 5 more hrs to replace it. Cha Waited over 8 hrs for simple oil change and water pump. Took 3 hrs to tell me the water pump needed to be replaced. Then 5 more hrs to replace it. Charging me $55 diagnostic fee for telling me the light switch that is out isn't covered under the warranty I have. Bought a certified used car and already have to replace the wiper blades also. What a joke! Save yourself self alot of pain and suffering and stay away from this place. Wish I never bought my Truck from these guys. Huge mistake. Thinking about paying for some other shop to work on my truck from now on. I even have a 5 year warranty and still don't want to go back here!!!!! More
