All in all the experience was good. It just took too long overall. We waited a long time to get into the finance office. But once we were there it was quick and painless. I would also suggest that any incentives are clearly explained regarding any conditions attached to those incentives. That will make for a better experience when you think you have negotiated the price but then get to finance and find there are conditions attached to the incentives. The dealership too care of us though. My salesperson was great also. I didn't feel pressure but she took care of us well. My only issue was the account of time we had to spend waiting. More

Oh man! Thank you for the service, but nobody has 2+ hours to sit in the dealership for an oil change. Especially at 7 am on a Tuesday! There needs to be a better process.
