The service department is really slow. Takes a long time for someone to come out to your car usually it’s quicker to go inside and try and get help. The services it’s self also take a long time. I went and purchased a new battery, I was planing on doing it my self but then I asked about how much they charge and it was only 20 dlls, super reasonable, it was done in less than an hour !!
