They are always awesome every time that I walk in with my oil change. I can tell that these guys really care and want the beat for everyone. Don’t get me wrong I had a GREAT experience buying my car at LHMiller Toyota, but there were a few things that would have made this a 5 star experience. I purchased what I thought was a used 2019 Sienna XLE at LHMiller Toyota, but there were a few things that would have made this a 5 star experience. I purchased what I thought was a used 2019 Sienna XLE the model above that is an XLE premium these two models have some basic and some additional accessories. Whenever I asked if the vehicle I was purchasing had one or another I was told “I don’t know but I’ll check.” Well I never got an answer to those simple questions. The finance guy was great the day we signed papers but I’ve sent him 2 or 3 emails with questions that have gone unanswered. Once I gave my VIN # to my insurance it came back that it was an XLE Premium? Then on the CarFax it showed XLE Premium?? More
