No major charges, an oil change (cheaper than those I had previously elsewhere) and 15 minutes and the car was done. The staff was great in communicating with us and getting the car in and out. More
I was met by a friendly employee, discussed my vehicles needs and was quoted an hour for my appt time. They are always awesome every time that I walk in with my oil change. I can tell that these guys really care and want the beat for everyone. It does take a little long but it’s understandable when you have a oil change. I can tell that these guys really care and want the beat for everyone. I do know that while you are running other errands or waiting you can be doing other things to have the time go a little quicker. More

Don’t get me wrong I had a GREAT experience buying my car at LHMiller Toyota, but there were a few things that would have made this a 5 star experience. I purchased what I thought was a used 2019 Sienna XLE at LHMiller Toyota, but there were a few things that would have made this a 5 star experience. I purchased what I thought was a used 2019 Sienna XLE the model above that is an XLE premium these two models have some basic and some additional accessories. Whenever I asked if the vehicle I was purchasing had one or another I was told “I don’t know but I’ll check.” Well I never got an answer to those simple questions. The finance guy was great the day we signed papers but I’ve sent him 2 or 3 emails with questions that have gone unanswered. Once I gave my VIN # to my insurance it came back that it was an XLE Premium? Then on the CarFax it showed XLE Premium?? More
I took my 4 Runner into Larry H Miller to get my hood latch fixed cause I couldn’t open my hood and a tune up. Never told me the est cost to fix the hood latch. They upsold me on a tranny flush. 4 wheel latch fixed cause I couldn’t open my hood and a tune up. Never told me the est cost to fix the hood latch. They upsold me on a tranny flush. 4 wheel drive service and injector service. When I went to pick it up, the receipt read $815. That’s not what we talked about yesterday so got it down to around $750 which sounded right. After I picked it up I tried the hood latch and they never even touched it. Looked at the receipt and hood latch comments said owner decline and will take care of it later. Called back and tech talked to service mgr and said he would fix the hood latch for $145 which is normally a 200-250 repair. Considering, I don’t think I should have to pay for labor. Taking it back today to get it done. We’ll see what they do. So far zero stars rating. More
