I think you need to train your people better when people come in for service. I arrived, they told me turn off my car, nothing else. This was the longest car buying process. I got there at 10 and didn’t leave until 5. Salesman seemed to lack experience. Too long. Only received one key. I feel that if there is one key then someone should help get another. It’s super inconvenient for me and my wife to switch keys. Last time we Bought thee we revived oil changes as well. Seems the care factor was lacking, and there wasn’t a sense of urgency at all. I test drive a rav4 and loved it. Called my father in law and said it was way over blue book. It’s was a 2016 with 116,000 miles already, with a beat up interior and the sales man didn’t know what to say. It was over priced by several thousand dollars. Overall a frustrating experience. My wife can’t on her lunch to sign paperwork. He told her to be there at 1:45, she took her lunch and she arrived and we didn’t leave until 5. We both had to take pto and I went in at 10 so I didn’t have to take pto. I am still recommending the dealership because we bought there before but I will re think going again. Thanks. More
