Went in for the 25K service on my 4Runner and was met with a friendly face (as always). My only concern was that I was never given a heads up when my vehicle was finished - I noticed it parked alongsid with a friendly face (as always). No call or text - which sucked because I was told I’d be contacted and I had a ton of things to get done that day. Other than this, I’ll continue to buy from LHM Toyota. More

Requires an appraisal to test drive a car? I went to the Larry H Miller Toyota Dealership because I was test driving mid-size SUVs. I found a Highlander on the lot that I wanted to test drive, I went to the Larry H Miller Toyota Dealership because I was test driving mid-size SUVs. I found a Highlander on the lot that I wanted to test drive, went up to the building to find some help. I met Sales Rep named Ryan (longish hair, didn’t get a last name), we walked out to the car I wanted to drive. He had his mask around his neck, but since we were outside it didn’t bother me too much. After he got the number for the car I wanted to drive went to go get the keys. He stopped and said he wanted to appraise my car (while walking to the car I told him I wasn’t sure if would trade a car in). I told him no thank you, he said he wanted me to have all the information. I told him I was just test driving today, so no. He pressured saying it would be quick. I told him that I don’t want people in my car right now. He got upset and said “if you don’t want us in your car, I don’t want you in mine”, we are in a pandemic so I think it is reasonable to not have people in my car. He then said, he is not the dealer for me, he can get me someone else. I just told him I would go elsewhere, and he stormed off. I am disappointed in Larry H Miller Toyota for requiring such aggressive tactics. We will no longer service my wife’s car here either. More
