This time I was only there for an hour for just an oil change but employees and other customers were not wearing their masks even thought it’s posted on the door. My experience was ok in terms of being able to get an oil change. However, all of my stuff my my truck was put on the side and. It out back we’re it was originally. I have left it hanging on the turn signal level while I used just a disposable one for the time I was there. I called the service department to let them know I was told I would receive a call back James. I never received a call back and when I got home my truck was leaking oil. So now I will have to return to have them look at why it is leaking oil but I’m going to have to now take things out of my vehicle because of my property being taken and staff didn’t care enough to return my call to the present date. Service at this location has gone down hill. I will be finding another location for service in the future. More

The quality of service, personal as mechanical has been lower and lower as years past by. Before the 25 point inspection report was given to you automatically now you have to ask. Now they treat ypu as a n lower and lower as years past by. Before the 25 point inspection report was given to you automatically now you have to ask.
