Came in for a routine oil change and ran into some problems with my tires / sensors. It was a bit of a hot mess trying to work out the details but Marion and his team did everything they could to get problems with my tires / sensors. I recently bought a 2018 Toyota Camry from LHM. Needless to say, I was disappointed when, later on, I found that the car did not come with SiriusXM installed! So, I had to come back and pay $650 extra to g to say, I was disappointed when, later on, I found that the car did not come with SiriusXM installed! So, I had to come back and pay $650 extra to get it installed ($698 "out the door"). IMO, it would have been nice if LHM would have offered to pay, at least, some portion of that, but they didn't. With that said, however, Allen Murphy was great! Thanks, Allen! More

I was disappointed this visit. I called to set up an appointment and was told no just drop in. I waited 15 min trying to get into the garage. 2 other cars came after me and both were directed to go th appointment and was told no just drop in. I had planned on getting a ride to my office like I had in the past with Uber but was told that it is not cost effective anymore for only an oil change.
