Trudy in the service department is outstanding. But my last appt. with my 2003 Toyota Tacoma did not go well. I had an oil change and tire rotation. The service department service writers are rude. They yell at you and shove a pen in your face without reviewing the service order. I find out that they made a mistake on their service order, they did n yell at you and shove a pen in your face without reviewing the service order. I find out that they made a mistake on their service order, they did not apologize for the mistake. There are tons of other options, don't take your car here if you care for it. More

Good customer service and stuff but was told to drain brake fluid for $159 even still cristal clear. Just watch out for those extra charge.
