Had the usual excellent service on my visit. Trudy has always been helpful and friendly. Needed additional service was recommended and was completed on time. I took my car in for regular service. Took about an 1 1/2 hrs. I've had my car a yr....unfortunately No oil was put in my car. I called to check and the gentlemen told me they didn't reset the level or somet hrs. I've had my car a yr....unfortunately No oil was put in my car. I called to check and the gentlemen told me they didn't reset the level or something like that. But they really didn't put the oil in. I have 9% oil and I used the stick to check. Never had an issue before. My cover under the steering wheel is crooked, they put that back on but I have less room to put my key in the ignition. No one is perfect, however im a bit taken back my the quality of service I received. Im questioning if the filters were replaced now. Still a fan of LHMT but I now have concerns. More
