Customer Service: my sales agent forgot me already after I bought the car. He promised to give me a call about the cleats that I was supposed to get but hasn’t delivered. I received a dirty floor mat taken from another car since the truck I bought did not have one. Sales agent did not even offer any type of refreshment considering that we were there for almost 6 hours and the facility did not even have any water or even vending machines available. I am also still waiting for a call to set an appointment since dealer added some items on top of truck’s market value that were not even installed. The only positive thing about this dealership was the appraisal for my trade-in that was a bit higher than the offers I received from other dealers. Will not recommend this dealership. In fact, I will discourage my family, friends ans Sailors to go to this dealership More

Dealer matched Temecula's quote of $20,059 via Text for a 2021 Toyota Corolla SE Hatchback with an automatic transmission. After seeing it and driving it, dealer added $2,800 in additional Fees on top of th 2021 Toyota Corolla SE Hatchback with an automatic transmission. After seeing it and driving it, dealer added $2,800 in additional Fees on top of the original competing offer of $20,059 explaining it as (normal) even if I drove to Temecula. (Absolutely Wrong) and was a deal breaker. The texted to my phone, competing (matched) offer to Temecula's price made no mention of any additional fees, just a matched offer for a Silver 2021 Corolla Hatchback SE in stock. After almost leaving over the $2,800 increase over the texted quote, the manager added $835 for door trim protection including $300 charge for the tires being filled with nitrogen so nitrogen must be very expensive these days? They gave a trade in amount of $250 for my brother's 2007 Toyota Yaris with (500,328) miles on it and that is actual 1 owner miles. I wouldn't be surprised if they display it at the dealership as a testimonial to Toyota quality as it has the original motor and transmission (no rebuilds). We did the deal with the $835 that was still an add on that should have been honestly expressed and INCLUDED in the original competing quote. The final cost out the door was $22,984 with an additional $1,750 power train warranty purchased in finance. My advice is when giving a quote, make it all inclusive when you're giving a competing quote so there are no surprises which makes people feel potentially lied to. Had they said, we'll match that quote but the ones we have in stock have between $835--$2,800 in add ons you'll need to buy, we may have still went to the lot but I would have certainly called Temecula to confirm they also added the same add ons (on top of their advertised price?) With the $250 trade in amount, it was $585 more out of pocket so we did the deal. I Don't like any form of (bait and switch) and after that part was 80% remedied, the experience was good. If I buy from them again, I would Demand an (all inclusive) quote before I went there so I know in advance exactly what they're offering with No Surprise add ons onto a texted quote once you physically get to the dealership....That would have prompted me to minimally call Temecula Toyota and drive the 80 miles up there if the deal is worth it. I've helped my family and friends negotiate new and used car deals for decades and have driven up to Riverside on 2 occasions saving $2,000-$3,000 both times. This small difference of $585 was not worth making that drive but Anything different from the original matched quote Should Still Be Disclosed Prior To The Customers Arrival for honest good business practices in general. A Transparent Dealership will sell more cars simply based on Customers Trusting what they say is True. COROLLA'S are Plentiful and available most anywhere so make sure the quote you get is an (All Inclusive) quote and at that point, Temecula is worth the drive from San Diego if you're saving at least $1,000 or more. While you're up in Temecula, stop and get a Nessy Burger. Pechenga Casino is worth checking out too so make a day out of it.... More
