My wife owns a Lexus and had it in for an oil change. My Jeep was having some air conditioner problems so I discussed it with Brian and Terrance. Good afternoon Mr. Veenema, Mr. Saul My wife and I Good afternoon Mr. Veenema, Mr. Saul My wife and I pulled onto your lot in Murray yesterday afternoon with full intentions of leaving with a new RX Good afternoon Mr. Veenema, Mr. Saul My wife and I pulled onto your lot in Murray yesterday afternoon with full intentions of leaving with a new RX350 or 450H. After identifying several potential vehicles I proceeded to help my wife out of our 2010 Toyota Highlander LTD. My wife is currently using a walker because of reconstructive foot surgery . After walking around and looking over the vehicles for several minutes and being offered no assistance, we proceeded to the showroom. As we walked to the door, I saw a salesman who saw us walking to the door. At that point he basically turned his back and walked away as I helped my wife with her walker in the door. How Rude!? This particular salesman finally greets us once it is well established we are there. My wife and I both made it quite clear as to our intentions. He begrudgingly showed us the RX350 on the Showroom floor. My wife and I both asked questions all of which were treated with hostility. In his defense, he at least opened the passenger door for my wife. Never at any point where we offered a test drive, we were not given a features / benefits walk around, offered a cup of coffee or even a ounce of consideration. My wife and I are completely appalled by the treatment we received. Being an IT Director I thoroughly research every purchase I make. Even though your Lexus Dealership has horrible Customer service ratings, I always try and reserve judgment. That being said, I have to agree with everything I have read on the Internet. More
We have purchased 2 autos from Roger Knox. We found Roger to be an excellent Sales person who was knowledgeable and gave us great service. Amanda was wonderful at following up and keeping us in the loop as to what was going on with our card and how long it would take. She was also very freindly and informative. Why the low rating? In my entire driving life (almost forty-five years) I've never seen a bigger collection of morons and jerks worse than this place. This "dealership" is truly the worst business of any forty-five years) I've never seen a bigger collection of morons and jerks worse than this place. This "dealership" is truly the worst business of any kind I've ever seen. The Lexus Covenant as interpreted by these dim bulbs is to do as little as possible, charge as much as they can extort from you, and still have the gall to come to work every day and do it to unsuspecting customers all over again. Lexus is having huge problems with quality right now; witness the recall disaster the LS 460 has become. And they have no one at a regional or district level performing oversight on the imbeciles running the dealerships. The region/district people are a bunch of uneducated snot-nosed kids who grew up in school systems that pumped up their undeserved, unearned self-esteem to a level ten times greater than their intelligence. Is it coincidence mother company Toyota is having similar QC and CS problems? I think not. Spend your money elsewhere, Lexus IS NOT a premium brand anymore. You have been warned. More
This dealership puts customer service at the bottom and charges a ridiculous amount of money for services (oh, but wait, you get to eat a donut while you are there... too bad that donut costs you about 50% charges a ridiculous amount of money for services (oh, but wait, you get to eat a donut while you are there... too bad that donut costs you about 50% of what you are paying to have done to your vehicle). Communication is terrible and I will NEVER return... too bad, because I think they make a nice car... not nice enough to have to deal with the headache there though. More
