I made an advance appointment for oil change because my day was full of appointments. I made my appointment at 12:30. I arrived 5 minutes early. I had another appointment 30 minutes away at 2:00. One hour for service in the past was plenty of time for an oil change. 50 minutes in I checked with the service person when my car would be finished. And I told her I had an appointment at 2:00. I didn't get out of there until 1:50. I missed my next appointment. No compensation was offered. I rushed out so fast I didnt sign the statement. More

Employees are always grumpy and service is always subpar. Previously they always would clean the leather on the driver seat because my jeans diet and I was told they refuse to do that this time.
