Super disappointed in their sales team and GM… As a women, the car buying process can be intimidating when dealing with salesmen. I was a serious customer, looking to get back in a Lexus but I wasn’t w women, the car buying process can be intimidating when dealing with salesmen. I was a serious customer, looking to get back in a Lexus but I wasn’t willing to go beyond my budget. So I reached out to their dealership through email. Immediately get a response from Richard. At first, he was super responsive and eager. Until he realized that I was trying to negotiate (which is what you do when buying a car) Then he became disinterested and inpatient. Richard was unwilling to even continue the conversation or even say, sorry we can’t sell you a car. Nothing. Mind you, I was only sent ONE PRICESHEET and was told that was the best they could do. DON’T FALL FOR IT. Anyways, I wasn’t getting a response from him, so I reached out to the GM, Jim, to connect with a new salesmen. Something I as a customer, shouldn’t have to do when I’m the one trying to give them business. I digress. However, I was connected with a new salesmen, Nathan. And that didn’t help at all. Actually he said, I’ll send you pricing first thing in the morning… not a word. If you don’t want to sell me a car, then just say that! But it’s very rude to just ignore a value customer. As someone who has worked for Lexus before, I know the standard is set higher than what I experienced. Please work on your customer experience. Unfortunately, 0/10 do NOT recommend. To all the ladies looking to buy a car, don’t settle for more than what you budget for. Instead, check out the Lexus dealers in Colorado! They were great! Then Jim wants to comment on my google review and ask me to reach out to him? That’s comical. I’ve reached out enough. You have my email. I tried to give your dealership my business and it wasn’t wanted so why would I want to contact you afterwards? Unfortunately what’s done is done. I bought the car I wanted from another dealer. Took 2023 Lexus IS 350 in for 6 months service sounded like they didn't want to do it and treated me like I was stupid because I didn't know that tires on IS are staggered so it didn't need a rotation. Today I'm washing my car day after I came directly home and car was in the garage after and noticed my rim and mirror are scraped on drivers side. Car was in perfect condition before I took it for service it only has 2800 miles. I'm so upset because I'm 100% sure it happened at this dealership. I bought the car at the Lindon dealership and they were very professional and polite too bad I can't say the same for the one in Murray. More

Our engine died in Western Utah and we were had the car towed to LH Miller Lexus in Murray. They told us they could replace the engine with a used engine with a 90 warranty on it which we had done. Less than sixty days after getting the car back that engine died as well. We contacted the dealership and our service agent said he was working on getting the warranty information to us, over a month later with no news from them our agent told us that he was turning it over to his service manager. I spoke with him once, its the only time I could get him to return a phone call, never an email, and he said he would look into it. Now two months later, still no communication from him, no interest in standing behind the work they did on the car. When the put the new engine into the car they also stripped the ends of the CV axels and we have shown them images of the damage done, and we had to replace them when putting in another rebuilt engine into the car. We live in Colorado so we are having a highly rated mechanic in our town doing the work on the car, and they to can't believe that the dealership is not standing behind their work. This is Lexus, you expect better customer care. Do not use this dealership's service department, particularly if you are from out of town, Devin Butters, service manager does not contact you back, and they won't honor what they tell you. More

I was told there was a shuttle, she specifically said shuttle. No shuttle. I had to wait for an Uber and I was late to work for the first time. I asked for a discount 10/4/22 for the "shuttle" process making me late and was denied. If I had not bought extra insurance for my car, i would not go back. Randon was nice during this appointment. The guy I spoke to i. The intake area one year ago was rude and seemed like he hates his job. The girl up front needs more customer service training. No greeting, another employee (maybe salesman or manager?) greeted me and asked if I knew where to go, that guy was nice too. Every job can be difficult especially dealing with people. However, if you get paid to do something, do it right. More
