My service was performed as scheduled and I was able to visit with Sharyl Noble, John Fabbi & Josh Tate who have always taken such good care of me for over 20 yrs. I had my 10,000 mile service. People were very nice; however I specified something that needed to be looked at and she said she would note that, and I got my car back I asked her People were very nice; however I specified something that needed to be looked at and she said she would note that, and I got my car back I asked her if they fixed it, and she’s like oh I forgot to note that when you come back to get your 2nd key you can have them note it again. Also, they did not clean my car or even ask. That was part of my service deal. My first service same thing happened when I asked them to check in a rattle noise. They forgot and told me to re schedule. Lexus is known for superior service e and my last 2 serves they have forgotten. They are all nice people, but I was disappointed. More
I lost my battery due to bad weather. I used a trickle charger to start my car and called for an appointment to get a replacement battery. Some of the employees are excellent and some need some customer service training! I recently Purchased my second Lexus, and it was almost double the price of the first one. I was so impressed with the customer service training! I recently Purchased my second Lexus, and it was almost double the price of the first one. I was so impressed with the service first time around many years ago and now, the service I’ve been getting this year has paled in comparison. This 60K brand new car has had many issues from computer problems, recalls and they can’t even make the time to wash and clean the car when u are there… it took 6months to get mats and to find they were not the right size… its been literally 1 thing after another and it feels like pulling teeth for them to rectify their mechanical issues… not impressed and very disappointed… The sales guy had the audacity to tell me to look at the sidewall of my tires and call the manufacturer of tire to get help…both back tires( brand new) were losing air daily… are u Fing kidding me??? They definitely need to hire more people in service department and teach the sales guys to be better accommodating and assisting their clients with the service issues. -customer service 101 (figure out how to get client's car fixed timely and client satisfaction ( I purchased a ton of extra coverage and services to be told to call the tire manufacturer??) Lexus, get sales team more training on customer service! I had a friend with worse service than mine and she went out of State to buy a Lexus.. pathetic…I think I’ll buy a Mercedes next time. More
