Bea, the technology specialist, was exceptional at teaching me how the different operations of my new RX350h worked. We did run into a problem when uploading the app on my phone and getting it to talk to the car. Bea figured out what was wrong and got it up and running. I feel comfortable that if I have any questions on technology or anything to do with the car Sharyl or Bea will help me. In fact, after I drove my new car home Sharyl came to my house to help me set up the garage door controller. That meant a lot to me. We were welcomed by a young lady when we arrived and were told a Service Associate would be right with us. Shortly after we were greeted by Brandon who reviewed what we were having done.
